The stay was very comfortable. My family and I loved the location. There was plenty of space. Customer service was great and answered all my questions. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. There is a small BBQ burner outside that uses propane that we were able to use. Lastly, the beach is conveniently located right by the property. We would definitely stay here again. The downside: There was no mention of the jacuzzi (master bedroom) not working. It was not till we arrived at the location and there was a sign on the wall. Clearly, that sign has been there for some time. On March 10th in the evening, the air conditioner downstairs stopped working. I checked on the condenser outside, and the fan was not functioning. Later, I walked outside again, and the condenser fan was working but there was no cold air blowing downstairs. We simply opened the back door patio door, and it allowed some air to flow through. The fan that is in the master bedroom kept making noises as we were trying to sleep. Like many others, we have to have a fan running to allow some white noise, but it seemed as if the blade(s) were broken.
