Saida III 601 is a newly remodeled, sixth-floor corner unit at Saida Towers III - 1,515 square feet on the beach at 400 Padre Blvd, with sweeping Gulf of Mexico views in two directions and direct access to one of the most resort-complete complexes on South Padre Island.
Three bedrooms, two baths, up to 10 guests. This space was distinctively & professional redesigned specifically with a large family in mind, and every room reflects that intention.
The Space:
Saida is turn-key ready, and possibly the only choice for those that want both a true vacation feel and the convenience of a large, ready to go 3 bedroom beachfront condo.
The living room has a full-size sofa and love seat, bar-height table with stools, and USB and charging stations throughout. The recently updated kitchen is open-concept, flowing directly into the dining area and living room with large windows overlooking the pools and beach below.
The patio is a true second living space, furnished correctly with high end poly wood, as well as the included gas/LP grill for BBQs. (please note to bring your own LP gas tank as we do not provide that). The entire family can hang on the patio so your grilling King or Queen can have fun with your crew while whipping up fajitas, burgers, you name it all with a view of the pool, beach, and Gulf.
An in-unit washer and dryer is located in bedroom 3 — bring your own detergent. Iron and ironing board are also in the unit. Yes - on launch days - you can see SpaceX go to outer space too.
A starter supply of coffee, cream, and sweetener is provided along with basic toiletries, soaps, trash bags, and dishwasher pods — starter amounts only as we do not replenished. Crisp, clean & fresh towels and linens are provided on all standard beds.

SLEEPING (Up to 10 Guests)
Primary bedroom: King bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower, 65" 4K TV. Bedroom 2: Queen bed; lounge chair converts to a twin; 43" TV. Bedroom 3: two twin beds, one twin/twin bunk bed, and twin airbed; 43" TV. Guest bathroom: full bath with shower/tub combo. The 10-guest maximum includes infants and children. Please do bring your own additional bedding if you plan on using the lounge chair or inflatable airbed.

PARKING
Two parking permits are included for the gated complex at no charge — parking is free here, unlike hotels on the island that charge for every car. The complex has 24/7 on-site security and elevator access to all floors. Unfortunately there is not additional guest parking - if you have more vehicles consider parking along Gulf Blvd (free city street parking) or at the post office.
The property is equipped with an elevator, so those with more limited mobility are still good to go.
Please note we have multiple units at Saida and can accommodate large groups - you can rent more than one space. Inquire — we would love to help you out!
High-speed WiFi is included throughout the condo; please note that Spectrum service can be spotty at times, so come prepared with a hotspot on your phone if you have must-do work as it can go down.

For breakfast and lunch, Yummies, the island's top-rated restaurant, is less than a half-mile away. You can also grab a quick bite at McDonalds if you wish. And just a mile down the road is Beach Park SPI, formerly Schlitterbahn Waterpark, for a day of fun. With the beach right at your doorstep, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy everything South Padre Island has to offer.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! While South Padre Island is very walkable, you'll find convenient options for exploring further. Free parking is available for two vehicles within the gated Saida Towers complex. Additional free street parking is available along Gulf Boulevard, or you can utilize the parking at the post office if needed. For those arriving by air, Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO) is approximately a 40-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available on the island for convenient transportation. Consider renting a golf cart for a fun and easy way to explore the island at your own pace!
