We recently stayed at this wonderful house in South Padre Island for our annual girls' trip, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 18! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a major plus, allowing us to avoid the morning rush and get ready at our own pace. The kitchen was spacious enough for several of our chefs to work together, featuring two 36-inch refrigerator that easily stored all our groceries, plus an additional fridge on the first floor for beverages. This was incredibly convenient for loading up our coolers for fun days at the beach.The pool area was just right for our group, providing ample seating for everyone to relax and enjoy. We loved the dining room table and the full-size tables on each balcony, which gave us plenty of space to sit together and take in the stunning sunrises and sunsets.We highly recommend this house and have already booked it for next year's trip!

Lyly was a wonderful host. We were a family group of 13 of all ages. The one issue that came up she absolutely jumped through hoops to remediate. This home is beautiful/huge/fully stocked - and literally a 3 minute walk to the beach with beautiful views from the terraces. Nice pool also.

SPI stay

The home itself was absolutely wonderful! Plenty of room for our family of 13 to cook, eat & watch TV together! Loved the home’s lay out! Check in & out was easy.. and communication was seamless. We did often run out of hot water & the showers seemed to frequently run semi warm. We rented the home due to several important criterias in our search: Hot Tub, Heated Pool & Location to the Beach. The beach was a short walk & beautiful …. Unfortunately, the pool was chilly and the hot tub luke warm and would completely shut down each night at 11pm. With 6 kids looking for a pool to swim in (we’re from way up north).. it was a disappointment.

The Perfect Getaway Home!

We came to South Padre for our company trip, and each employee got to bring their spouse. We had 5 couples and 2 singles. This house was PERFECT for us as each couple got their own bedroom/bathroom, and with 3 floors and plenty of outdoor spaces we had ample space to spend time together as a group or separate and spend time alone. And we all agreed we could've even brought our kids so they could have used the cool bunk bed room! The kitchen was a vacation dream with everything we needed to make meals at the house if we wanted, and plenty of fridge space for a big group. Having coolers and beach chairs for us to use at the beach was so helpful, too! The pool cleaner came while we were there and they did an amazing job as well, the pool was crystal clear! Every person in our group agreed that the beds and the shower heads were the best we've ever had, we even asked the host for a link to purchase the exact same shower heads so we could have them at home!! I was sick right up until our arrival, and got sick again as we were leaving, so admittedly, my communication wasn't great. But our host still checked in and even got the house ready a couple hours early for us, which after a long day of traveling we were SO thankful for. We would recommend this house and host a million times over!

Close to Everything!

This house had all we needed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The location of the property is just perfect. Within walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. We are a group of friends & families from the Midwest that takes a vacation every January to escape the cold. I highly recommend this property!

Huge house!

The house was awesome. Plenty of space. We had 13 of us and could have fit like 10 more people comfortably. If there was problem, they fixed it immediately. They replied to any text or called quickly. I don’t think it’s listed on the house but they have shampoo, conditioner, and soap in every bathroom. Which is nice to not have to pack it. They also leave spices in the cabinet which is convenient. Hair dryers in every bathroom Easy clean up process as you leave. Easyyy walk to the beach. We would stay again if we came back!

Perfect for our wedding

We stayed in the house with our wedding party- and it was the perfect hub for all of the wedding festivities. The kitchen was well stocked and had 2 of everything (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.) Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use. For the wedding , we walked across the street to the public beach access and got married right on the beach.we had other guests staying in various locations throughout the island, so the house’s central location worked well. Each bedroom had its own private en suite with 2 sinks. There weee also 2 additional 1/2 baths (one on each level) for guest use. The beds were comfortable. I loved that each room had its own name. The owner was also quick to respond to text messages and very helpful and accommodating. It was a fabulous place for our special day!

Perfect!

Although the weather this time of year (early September) is a bit sketchy, this property made it all better. I hosted our annual friends and family get-together at the beach and this place delivered! Perfect location, and great overall size and layout made it our best place yet!

A great family vacation!

This house was as advertised. A spacious, clean home with nice amenities. Location was perfect for beach access and shopping district. The owner was very responsive and helpful with check in. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

This place was absolutely perfect! It is spacious, clean, inviting, and more!! It is nearly on the beach! The view of the beach is fantastic! It has wonderful balconies to people watch and is well in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and more! I have stayed many time on the island, and their are a few reasons why I found this place to be particularly special… -the kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of seating for your group. -it is so close to the beach that going to the beach is always a good idea. It’s a hop skip across the street! -the outdoor showers were a game changer!! You can easily clean yourself off so as not to track so much sand indoors and in the pool! -spacious garage/parking! With so much family, having a place to park was so convenient! -several ac units that cooled the house beautifully! -Lots of seating! I felt there was always a place to relax -2 refrigerators in the kitchen!!!! Um yes!!! -excellent communication with owner…I felt whatever my needs were, she would be able to help me. But if I were being honest, she did such a great job with the experience there was simply not much of anything we needed! Will absolutely be returning!! 5 solid stars

Highly recommend this vacation house

My family I rented this house for my in laws 50th wedding anniversary and we could not have been more pleased. The layout really made it a great place to celebrate with loved ones. Also, having a private pool area and being walking distance from the beach allowed for everyone to choose their fun with ease. We are already planning our next trip to this house next year. One last note, a special thanks to Lyly for being available at all times of the day to make our visit even more special!

Beautiful Home

The home was in a great location near the beach, restaurants and shops. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. We had 16 people staying together and everyone enjoyed the private pool and and large kitchen that allowed all of us to gather together.

Celebration of Life
