Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. Once you book you will be contacted by the owner who then depends to have a copy of your id and credit card regardless of payment already being made via Expedia. You then get money taken from your account and then when you finally get to site you have to attempt to contact the owner non stop to get the lock box code otherwise you are locked out! 3 guest were waiting in their cars with no response from the owner. "We absolutely loved our stay! The place was perfect for us and our large dog - peaceful, welcoming, and super convenient to everything. The fully fenced yard was a huge bonus, and having a shower and toilet downstairs was so handy . We even got to spot some cows grazing nearby and a cheeky lizard dropped by! The place was neat and tidy with everything we needed to feel at home, and we loved the decor too and the large deck. The sunroom was lovely and very breezy! Only thing missing was oven...
