"Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate"

"En realidad no es un hotel, estuve 6 noches y nunca funcionó el wi-fi ; le escribí varias veces siempre me decían lo mismo que no estába a su alcance . También tuve problemas con el parqueo por que tenía que buscar parqueo en la calle ; por qué ellos no especifican que no brindan una zona de parqueo privado . En conclusión tendré más cuidado en mi próxima visita a Phoenix."

"House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. Only 1 bugaboo I had was: we had to find parking somewhere else rather than on the property itself. I understand that parking is for paying customers who live at that place, however, if people are paying to stay there, they should have access to the parking spot corresponding to the room.
