"Very cool property, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was no hair dryer and disappointed, although not surprised, that there was no tea. Positive experience overall."

"We've stayed here before and was happy with it. This time was different. Walked into an 84 degree unit. Notified the host that there was an issue. Next day it was still having problems. We left after day 2 of 4 to go to a hotel because it was over 100 outside and they didn't fix the air. Asked for a discount for the two days due to no air and a refund if the two days we weren't going to stay. Received the 2 day refund but no discount on the two terrible days spent there. "The place was super cute and clean. Located in a very nice and safe feeling neighborhood. Close to walk for restaurants and ice cream. Would stay here again!"

"Perfect location and property for date night with the wife. With many restaurant options and antique shopping to explore in Depot town it was nice to just walk and relax in a well decorated and clean loft. I suggest that you buy a record from one of the shops and utilize the record player in the loft. Already planning another stay for our next date night!"

"Kimberly was a great host with very thorough communication. We were comfortable and had plenty of space. I would have given our stay a 5 stay except it wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be for a five star property nor was the bed as comfortable (which also had very flat pillows) as we would have liked. Overall, the location was great for the events/activities we attended and the host was quick to respond."

"Very convenient in the heart of the campus."

"The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. Also, there was quite a bit street noise...

"There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very...

"Parking was easy and the apartment is beautiful "
