"The condo was great for our group and each of the 4 bedrooms had a large bed and attached bathroom. Close to USC and easy freeway access. Parking in the garage was not possible as we had a large vehicle, but should be ample for two smaller cars. Street parking was convenient in the front of the place. "

"Overall, we had a good stay! The host seemed very nice; we appreciated the greeting card, cute decorations, and easy check out process. Some quirks to take note of include some minimal spots of seemingly unfinished renovations, multiple bugs encounters, poor A/C in one bedroom, some missing kitchen essentials (salt & pepper, baking sheet), and the bathroom light switch was located outside in the hallway. A note to anyone staying with five guests: the normal couch is larger and more comfortable...

"The parking was inconvenient, location was unsafe (homeless fighting and throwing objects right in front), stains on all walls through the whole house including beds, food left in microwave, master bed room door was broken, cigarettes left all over the front lawn, hair all over bed sheets and floor, rooms smelled horrible, dishwasher was broken and had an odor, and didn’t get our promised already paid for parking."

"I showed up to the house and could not get in. Messaged the owner, no answer. Called the owner, no answer, called the owner again a second time he answered. He told me he cancelled the stay by tell VRBO he could not accommodate us. He also told me the house was under construction that's why we could not stay. I had a photographer and a balloon artist there for a prom photo shoot. I bought decorations for the pool. I was out so much money.all the host had to say is call VRBO for a refund. The...
