"This is a gorgeous penthouse suite overlooking the Thames in Woolwich. We loved eating at the nearby Dial Arch and The Guard House Pubs. Good food and atmosphere. There are a number of shops within a 5 minute walk (M&S, Tesco, etc). It is also very convenient to the Elizabath Line which is a direct line from Heathrow. "We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs.
