"El hotel es muy bonito y confortable pero falta personal que atienda el check in, este se debe hacer en una máquina afuera del establecimiento. Nunca llegó información al respecto. En algún momento tuvimos que comunicarnos con el hotel antes de la llegada y al momento que contestan inmediatamente cuelgan."

"Had a great stay, host was attentive and accommodating to my late check out which was appreciated. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. I liked the style of the apartment and the thoughtful touches the host made to make it few homely. Super market really close, just across a lovely park. The bus stop right outside made getting to Covent Garden really easy. Particularly liked the pub next to the apartment which was serving take out pizza and had an socially distanced beer...

"Horrible stay!!! will never use Guest Ready anymore. Bed was old and left us with serious back pains. The white bedding was so old. The terms and conditions says the heating is set for max of 23 degrees but it trips off after a while and hardly warms up, its done this way to save owner energy bills but at expense of customers, very bad. I was so cold was having shivers through the night and had to buy a stand alone heating Bad shower head, never fixed, complained but was told I have to wait...
