"There were some major safety concerns with the rooms. The first issue was that you could open the room doors without using the key cards! The teeth to the lock were exposed from outside the room and we were able to slide a slim object and unlock the room. This concern was as brought up with staff. Their solution was to just slam the door harder. The second safety issue was the window outside the room was also able to be opened from the outside. The locks on them did not work.We had to find...

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We unfortunately had no hot water during our stay. We were offered a full discount, but it was late when we arrived and we couldn’t stay anywhere else and so we had to stay there. It would have been nice for a discount or something to be offered."
