"Fue muy difícil tener comunicación con el propietario , hice unas preguntas antes de rllrgar y nunca contestó por la aplicación . Se anuncia como que habla inglés y español y cuando marque el teléfono no pertenece a Emma Palencia sino a su esposo el cual me colgó . El departamento es bonito pero sin duda esta sucio , no considero volver a rentarlo "

"This is our 2nd stay at the Palms Resort. It is the best location, off the strip, away from the casino.Often when staying at Casinos, the room smells of cigarette smoke. I love that we don't have to deal with the crowds in the strip as well.The room has an excellent view. We love that it has a small kitchenette we purchase juice, fruit, snacks and keep them in our room for late night snacks.Daniel is a great host!This will be our go to spot for all of future trips to Vegas!"

"Overall 5 stars! The room was nice and very clean. Check in process was quick and easy. The owner was very helpful with check in instructions. The room looks just as good in person than it does in the photos. My favorite thing about the room was the balcony view of the strip. Communication with the owner was very good. I got a message from the owner everyday asking if I needed anything. Lastly the location was good too. Everywhere I went was less than a 10min drive. "

"This is a great place to stay off the trip. The condo was clean and very cute. The best were by far some of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in. My one and only complaint is the people upstairs. The kids started running around non stop at 6:50, 7am, this continued all day until 9:30 pm. Besides that it’s a perfect little place. "

"It was a great location for boys weekend; walking distance to everything, tons of space to spread out. Pool is decent. Hot tub wasn't hot enough. Not too busy, even on a weekend when the Cosmo is hopped by. Note that check-in is a hard 4, not 3 like the listing says."

"The place is beautiful. The view was amazing, it was very spacious! Could use a little TLC/maintenance with updating the kitchen and bathroom fixtures and drainage. Along with a deep clean. Besides that the place was perfect and romantic. I would stay here again. "
