Great location, close to everything. Accommodated our family of 6 adults. It would have been better if one of the bunk rooms had a Queen bed. On the listing it said (1) King Bed and (2) Queen beds. So I thought that would be perfect for my 2 adult children and their spouses. It would be great for families with a lot of kids. And very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and lovely

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It was close enough for easy access to town, but far enough for quiet and a sense of tranquility. There’s off street parking for 4 vehicles. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. My mom, who can be uber critical, commented on how clean the home was. We would definitely book this home again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stayed. Loved using the sleds from the garage. The neighborhood is beautiful. Enjoyed walks in the evening. We wish one of the bunk beds was a queen instead and remeber to bring your own spices- very limited in what is supplied. Other than that the kids loved the pool table and the window is gorgeous especially when snowing.

Nice cabin

This cabin is comfortable. We did experience some issues figuring out how to use the heater (it was very hot the entire time we were there) and the tv never worked, but otherwise, it's a nice spot

Nice relaxing place

We enjoyed our stay here and my kids really got to bond while learning to play pool downstairs. It had plenty of room for our small family. I would stay here again next time I am in Lake Tahoe.

Great Property

Fantastic property for our family getaway to Tahoe! The home suited us perfectly with room to spread out for teenagers and adults. Would’ve liked to have a hose to clean off the pollen from the deck and maybe some cleaning supplies to be able to better clean up the kitchen from cooking but other then that it was very nice! Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!!

Great rental!

We loved our stay at this house. Perfect for 2 families. Very clean and warm when we got there. Great for kids with all the bunkbeds and games. Only compliant...not enough wine glasses, unless I couldn't find them. We will book this place again!

Montgomery Estates Home

The home is very large and in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is in good condition but can definitely use some maintenance/updating to the deck and deck furniture. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. The T.V. is a real pain to use as it runs through the Roku system and there are no instructions provided. Once you do "figure it out," the connection is lost repeatedly and you have to restart each time. The wifi connection to the T. V. is very bad. The cleaning could definitely be stepped up as there was dust on the bedside lamps and dressers. Also, lots of garbage and debris under the beds and other furniture. The home is very spacious and comfortable and the neighborhood is really tucked away and quiet.

Great house and great location

The process for checking in and for issue resolution was great. The house was set up perfect for us. Our only issue was creating the service animal document. The online submission form would not submit. We texted the management company and they took care of it for us. Very responsive customer team.

Nice house, but I did have a complaint....

The house is very nice it has all the cooking utensils you need, appliances are super modern, my only issue and a BIG one was that the master bedroom bed sheets were stained, two big stains, other than that the was was really clean and neat!

Great house

Our family had a great time. Location was good. The house was big and had plenty of space to spread out. The kids had fun with the various board games etc even though they were a little old and dusty. The pictures of the backyard were a little misleading. I thought it was big and the kids could play safely outside the house but it wasnt very big and was fenced off. So the actual backyard was not as useful for snow play. Although the house was big, the rooms downstairs could hear every little noise from upstairs. Which meant bedtime was for everybody, adults included which kind of cut adult fun time down. Overall, we had a great time and would probably stay here again in the future.

Perfect ski trip rental

We would highly recommend this property for ski trips to Heavenly, which was about ten minutes away. Turnkey was fantastic about communication on every issue. The property was clean, updated and spacious for our group of nine. Plenty of space and the air hockey and jacuzzi bathtub were added bonuses. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Great location, great trip! If there was a downside, it was the spotty wifi but that may have been the location. We will be back!

Great Place!

Very well kept, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Very spacious, but slightly smaller than the pictures shown. Cabinets were fully stocked with cooking supplies. Modern, with updated appliances. Overall, highly recommended!

Beautiful Comfortable Home

This home was perfect for all of us. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone in our party, the kids enjoyed the downstairs game room and adults hung out on outside patio. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots and utensils. Location was 10 minute from all downtown amenities. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Nice updated home

This was a great property in a nice location for a family getaway. The house is updated and you will not be disappointed. I could not find the garage openers or passes but other than that it was great. The upstairs get hot but the fans helped. The kids enjoyed the game set downstairs.
