Great house and host

The house is well maintained and clean. The host is great. Very responsive and accommodating. The only reason I did not give the house a five star rating is location. We prefer to be a bit closer to the town of South Lake Tahoe. Otherwise, great home.

Bachelorette weekend

We came here for my best friend's Bachelorette Party. Very spacious home with plenty of room for the 12 of us. The kitchen was huge and stocked with everything you could imagine. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a day at the lake. The property manager, Erik was very reponsive and tended to our every need.

Fourth of July Family Vacation

Erik the Host is wonderful. We had multiple Issues that he attended to immediately. The property however needs some updating. A lot of old/mis match items. The sheets provided looked dirty. The comforters were filthy. Erik was very responsive to all issues. He had his cleaning crew there immediately to try and make things right. The backyard is not usable space. It is full of weeds and Foxtails. It also backs up to a very busy road so there is a lot of street noise. The pictures in the listing were very misleading. Erik was a great host, but we would not stay there again.

Best winter vacation ever!

Perfect place to stay if you have a large family. All the rooms are spacious, multiple bathrooms and the biggest great room for dinner and games together. Backyard is fenced for kids to play and pets can't roam away. We felt perfectly safe. Highly recommended!

Great location, easy access to Heavenly, and local grocery store. convenient location to access Kirkwood as well. Wifi cannot support 12 guests, or more than 3 people working remote/on work calls. Amenities, kitchen, hottub however, were excellent.

Family Tahoe Getaway

Property was in a great location and easy to get to. Able to park in the garage. 2 flights of stairs and huge backyard. We were able to build a sled path to sled in the backyard. Huge kitchen and fridge. All TVs have Roku. Air hockey table was not functioning for our stay. High chairs and pack and play available.

Great time in south lake

We had a great time at the property. It’s a good central location and we were able to make it to Kirkwood and Heavenly. The kitchen is huge and fun for cooking. The house stays warm in winter and the hot tub is in a great location so easy to jump into after a long day on the slopes.

Great place for family holiday!

We had a wonderful stay with our whole family including dogs. The house was easy to find, clean and well stocked with towels, bathroom supplies and a full kitchen that we were able to create an entire Christmas Dinner in. The only thing that we should have paid more attention to is that the second primary bedroom downstairs has no door for privacy or keeping dogs downstairs with us while we were sleeping. The location is so central to anything you might need like groceries, snow tubing, skiing, hiking! The yard was great for the dogs and had a convenient exterior door off the downstairs bedroom. All in all we would certainly consider staying again!

Great home for a winter getaway

I came here with a group of friends. The living space and bedrooms were plenty to spend a cozy weekend in. The backyard was huge and fun to sled on. There’s plenty of stores not too far either! Erik was very responsive and accommodating to some additional requests I had, highly recommend this home for a large family or friend group!
