☀️ GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private backyard sauna, front deck, tree-lined yard, EV charging station, free driveway parking, and all interior spaces. Check in anytime with the keyless smart lock — a unique code is provided for each reservation.

☀️ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

⁃ Pets are allowed, except cats
⁃ No central AC — the cabin stays cool in the shade of the pines; fans available
⁃ Tesla guests, please bring your own adapter for the EV charger
⁃ Sauna instructions and safety tips are provided at check-in

☀️ HOUSE RULES

• No smoking indoors
• Quiet hours 9pm–9am
• No parties or large gatherings
• Respect neighbors & community rules
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $700 fee.

3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.

4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

5) Take shoes off before entering the property.

6) Pets are permitted in the house, except cats. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture. No dogs on beds.

7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.

8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.

9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

11) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.

13) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on day of checkout (unless previously approved in writing from Nomad).

14) Pick up after dog poop or you´ll be charged $75 to clean up
