Amazing house!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house was super clean and very cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked too! Anything you need, they had. We enjoyed a few mornings in the hot tub and took walks around the nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place.

Would highly recommend!

Very clean, great location and good communication from host. Only complaints I have is the backyard was a little unkept and they really need some sort of path to the hot tub. I also recall in the email initially sent to us, that we would be able to use the gas fire pit on the deck. We were disappointed to find out once we arrived we were not allowed to use it. Other then that our stay was great and I would book with them again :)

South Lake Tahoe Retreat

Loved loved loved our stay there in South Lake Tahoe! Beautiful listing, breath taking scenery, attractions and dining- lots to see and do or you could simply relax and take it in at your leisure. Attentive Management, well appointed home all the amenities one could ask for, without the hassle of chores. Would definitely stay again!

Boys Ski Trip

This property is as advertised. Pictures are accurate and communication with the host is fantastic. This cottage is conveniently located 15min to Heavenly and downtown South Lake Tahoe and 40 minutes to Kirkwood Ski resort. My favorite part of this rental is the kitchen is properly stocked with all cooking utensils needed. Comment to renters; bring flip flops or slides for the hot tub. Gravel from the house to tub makes it tough on feet, but a simple fix. We would definitely rent this place again.

Fantastic place

Great place to stay, clean, great location. The only thing it needs is flat paving bricks to the hot tub. If you forget your shoes the rocks you have to walk over hurt your feet. Otherwise we loved this house!

Escape Fast Lane South Lake Tahoe

If you want to escape the traffic, crowds, and yet be a short distance to all things South Lake Tahoe this is the place. Space is wide open with a well stocked kitchen of tools. The beds were great and everything was up to date.

Amazing, quiet, well located stay!

Pine Tree Paradise was everything we expected and MORE! The location is superbly located in a quiet neighborhood off of Pioneer Trail away from the hustle and bustle, but just a short drive and/or bike ride away from activities, restaurants, casinos, marinas, river, lakes, trails, etc. While we were in this fabulously equipped home with everything one needs, we spent the majority of our time on the beautiful deck nestled within the pines drinking our morning coffee and barbecuing on the grill. We relaxed in the super clean hot tub a few nights after biking and hiking. The beds are also extremely comfortable and the home is cozy, well decorated and inviting. We’ll definitely stay here once were in the area again. Thank you Pine Tree Paradise!

We really enjoyed the home. Layout was perfect, kitchen was awesome! Great appliances and supplies for most our needs. We cooked at the home for most our meals. Beds were comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay here again next year.

Enjoyed Lake Tahoe!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. We witnessed a mama bear and baby outside the back fence! Although a couple minor changes would make this home perfect. - a larger trash can in the kitchen - blinds in the master bedroom (sunlight would shine really early) - clear instructions posted on how to maintain the hottub Other than that we had a great week spending time with friends and family at this lovely property. -

Great place!

We took a Girls Trip to South Lake Tahoe and really enjoyed our stay here. We were close to a grocery store and many restaurants. We were worried about the record snowfall before we went, but found the road the the place had been cleared before arrival. Beautiful views and location. We would definitely stay there again.

Snowy dream

Successful spring break trip with teen girls! Very clean and the house layout was wonderful. The Living room down stairs where they girls could watch tv and movies and have their own space. Upstairs had an open living/ kitchen area and was fully equipped with all you would need from starting a fire to cooking dinner. Easy instructions for the use of everything in this home. Truly enjoyed the big windows throughout the house to watch the snow fall, which we were lucky to have the whole time. It was a short drive to a grocery store and not far from the slops. We had a wonderful spring break and look forward to staying here again. The communication was really good with management team. Thank you

We love staying in this home. We revisit every winter! The house is perfect for staying in and enjoying meals & movies together and also has an amazing backyard to enjoy the snowfall.

Family getaway

Great property! Everything was very nice and clean! Close to Heavenly resort and village. They had the snowpocalypse before our trip so the deck was covered in snow (lots of snow) and we couldn’t safely get to hot tub, but this did not change our vacation in anyway! The master suite had a jetted tub that was used instead! Would definitely rent this property again.
