2. The main floor features a full kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room with ample seating, a gas fireplace, and a 4K smart TV, and Bose soundbar, making it the perfect setting for socializing while enjoying your favorite TV shows, movies, and music.



3. The lower level is a great spot for entertainment with its selection of games for both adults and kids, as well as a 4K smart TV that's ideal for sports or movies.



KITCHEN:

This vacation rental has a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a holiday feast! You'll find a electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker. The kitchen is separated from the great room by a large breakfast bar island, making it the perfect space for gathering. The dining table has seating for 8, and there's additional seating available at the island, so there's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a home-cooked meal together. Whether you're a foodie or just looking to cook up something quick and easy, this kitchen has got you covered!

4 total bedrooms, including a master suite + loft:

This cozy rental property features two full bathrooms and one half bath, ensuring ample space for all guests to freshen up and relax. The master bathroom on the main level is a true oasis, complete with a double vanity, large glass shower with a rain shower, and a luxurious jetted soaking tub. Meanwhile, the hallway bathroom has its own soaking tub / shower combo perfect for unwinding after a day of Tahoe adventure.



BACKYARD:

The backyard is a great space for outdoor fun and relaxation. It features a large and fully fenced yard with a deck and patio table with seating for enjoying meals or drinks in the fresh air (please note that outdoor furniture is typically put away during the winter). The highlight of the backyard is the large fully fenced in yard itself, along with comfortable furniture and hammock. For those who love to grill, there's a BBQ with extra propane available for your use. Whether you're looking to lounge and soak up the sun or host a summer BBQ, this backyard has got you covered!

The Neighborhood:

What I love about this neighborhood is its tucked away from town but not too far from everything. Very easy drive to Heavenly, Sierra at Tahoe, the Casinos, and to HWY 50 to leave town.



Getting Around:

It's typically pretty easy to catch a ride share or a traditional taxi, but we recommend having a vehicle to explore Tahoe.
