We arrived on time for check-in and found the heat turned off, with the home at 44 degrees. While the heater did work, it took several hours before it was comfortable enough to occupy.The townhouse is very close to a main road, and traffic noise was noticeable at night. The location itself is convenient and close to many attractions.Booking and payment were the most challenging part. Although VRBO requires payments through their platform, the management company sent separate invoices with different amounts to my email and, once paid, would not coordinate with VRBO to clear the outstanding balance. Check-in instructions were also incomplete, and I had to contact VRBO to obtain the access code the day before arrival. Many phone calls were made to VRBO with zero concern from the host. VRBO itself was very helpful throughout this.The townhouse was clean, nicely decorated, and had basic necessities. While the home itself was pleasant, due to the communication and booking issues, I would not stay here again.
