the pros:Three bedrooms with two comfortable bedsThe kitchen is lovely and well stocked with what you need to cookThe large kitchen table is a plusThe area is grandThe neighborhood was quiet when we were thereThe cons:The outside is a messThe house is in disrepairBe very, very careful walking on the outside deck or stairs—the wood is rottingThe view off the deck is of many (many!) power lines. The bbq is old and funky and doesn’t work wellThe house needs some TLC. While peeling paint doesn’t really matter if the insides are great, it does give you a hint of how uncared for this house isThe best space in the house is occupied by an out of date poker table; move a really comfortable couch into that space!
