Great place to stay for a ski trip

We had a great stay while skiing at Heavenly. Location and shuttle service were very convenient. The home was exceptionally clean had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Great location!

Lovely property, close to everything. Less than a mile from heavenly Village. Enjoyed the private beach and hot tub on property.

Great spot in Lake Tahoe

This was a perfect spot to be close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The complex has a pier to the lake, pool, and hot tub. No air conditioning, like most of Tahoe, but there are plenty of fans in the unit to help stay cool. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful stay at 406. The unit was warm and inviting, as well as spotless. We had more than enough space between the three bedrooms and living spaces. Extra blankets, towels, and other helpful items were provided.The kitchen was filled with everything we needed to cook meals, including pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, and a full set of spices (which you don’t often see at a rental). Plus, there was a coffee maker with coffee at the ready, a hot water machine for pour-overs and tea, and a toaster to prepare our breakfast sandwiches.The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was nice and quiet as we slept peacefully through the nights. As a bonus, there are TVs in the rooms in case you want to relax in bed. There’s also two bathrooms so you are more than covered.This unit includes many incredible amenities. For example, there’s a gym, sauna, multiple pools, a hot tub, community center, dock, firepits, and private beach. During the day we strolled on the quiet beach, and one night we walked out on the dock and felt like we were standing in the middle of the lake, gazing up at the star-filled sky.Check in was a breeze. The property management company made it so easy to do self-check-in and were always prompt to communicate back to us.I highly recommend staying here.

Great location being a 5 minute drive to Stateline, and close to everything with a Safeway practically across the street. The place was just perfect, as we felt right at home, and so comfortable. Every window was letting cold air in. We left a day earlier then paid for, it wasn't worth getting sick!
