Outstanding management company. Very quick response time. The house was very spacious. Pool was warm. BBQ grill worked perfectly. A few things needs updating but overall great place to stay. Neighborhood is peaceful and quite. Definitely will stay there in the future.

This house was great for our family vacation. They let us check in early and accommodated our pet. I think they need to update the couch in the living room. Is very old and uncomfortable. Also, the water and ice machine wasn't working so we had to buy our own. Make sure to bring extra paper towels and your own cleaning products.

Branch reservations who managed the house, was extremely responsive to all our needs. The house was nice and big and had a lot of fun things. The dishwasher was horrible and the refrigerator needed update as well. The couch was very uncomfortable and old as was the patio furniture. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The overall house was great but there was a loud humming noise that kept going off and on all day and night.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!

This cabin lived up to and even exceeded what it showed in the listing! The only downside was the outside grill but they were prompt with their response in that matter. It was our first family/ friend snow trip and the only thing that lacked was the amount of snow. Still was a great cabin to hang out and enjoy the views and weather in. The early check out time was a challenge for us but other than that we had a great stay!

Good stay, needs better cleaning

Overall our stay was great. House had plenty of things to keep kids occupied especially the theater room. I really enjoyed the deck. A few issues were 1) ants and spiders (plenty of webs inside and outside which hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while), 2) no shades on the bigger windows which made it extremely hot when trying to cook and also in the primary suite which made it difficult to sleep, 3) couch in great room is extremely old, back cushions were flat and uncomfortable and it harbored many spiders which several people were bitten while sitting and had swelling and rashes, 4) kitchen was well stocked but many pans etc were blackened and burnt. Area was very crowded as it was July 4th week.

Four generations age 3mo to 87 for 5days something for everyone kids were age 2,3,4,8,and 10 plenty for them to do Kitchen well equipped pool was great theatre was a big hit Furniture a tad shabby but that was ok with us Hope to rebook in a couple of years to expensive for every year and yes the police showed up at 10:15 pm and ask us to go inside with our card game to bad the eveing was quite lovely

Beautiful House

The house is special! So many fun amenities and areas of interest. We loved the large table where our entire group could sit and play cards. The location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Tahoe Family Summer Vacation 2023

Our family of 13 (ages 1-71) had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the host was easy to deal with. The location was great! We used every bedroom and still had 3 beds left over. The shuffle board, pool table, dry sauna, wet sauna and pool were all a hit and all got used multiple times a day. There are multiple hiking trails at the end of the culdesac that we all enjoyed through walking, biking and running. The lake is close by and renting a pontoon boat was so much fun (the water was warm enough to swim in). This house has everything you need for a great vacation. Added bonus was there were two tankless water heaters and we never ran out of water. Thank you again for some great vacation memories. I would recommend this home for all ages.

The perfect family place!

We have enjoyed family vacations every other year over the past ten years and this was the most amazing home we have ever stayed. If anything, the description given does not do it full justice. The indoor pool is amazing. It is perfectly heated and very secure. We brought a pool alarm with us but it was not needed since the pool area can be securely locked. The “Movie Theatre” is also amazing! Great variable seating arrangement and an easy to use display system. There were four families in our party and there was more than bedrooms and bathrooms for our eight adults and seven children. None of the adults or children could come up with anything negative to say, and we were there for over ten days. A well maintained house with all the amenities you could ever want and a very responsive owner.

Large house full of amenities!

This house was great for our ski trip! My friends and I go on a group ski trip every year and we picked Tahoe this time around. The house was large and well suited for our group of 16 people. It’s nice that all bedrooms had a bathroom attached, though some people had to share bathrooms. The kitchen was large and well equipped for cooking, lots of spices. Though no foil, Tupperware or any ziploc bags so purchase accordingly. The property also did not provide anything extra past one singular roll of paper towels. Only thing was, for such a large comfortable mountain home, we were all surprised that there were no extra pillows, blankets or towels in any of the bedrooms. Also the entire property and our experience would have been enhanced if there were any pillows or throw blankets on the couches or movie theater room. Or a nice rug in front of the fireplace. Seems like a relatively easy and cheap investment to make it cozy and comfortable. Without it, the place felt a bit bare and lackluster. It’s clear the draw here is the number of bedrooms and all the amenities. Which to be fair, we LOVED. The hot tub was amazing after the slopes. The steam room and sauna were great. Overall our stay was amazing! Just FYI for people hoping to hit the slopes, with traffic the house is 15-20 min from California lodge or the gondola. Heavenly has a lot of issues with parking and gondola/lifts being open so be prepared to plan ahead and head out early in the morning. House also states it fits 5 cars but definitely not possible without tiny cars in the garage. I’d try to limit # of cars if possible, we had to rearrange our cars all day every day to let different people come and go.

Beautiful home

Plenty of room and entertainment for the kids to enjoy. The sectional in the great room was old and worn out. The theatre room furniture was old and broken. The deck furniture was cheap. For a home this nice, they skimped on furniture.

Perfect Family Vacation!

The house is better than advertised. The pictures really do it no justice. There was 15 of us total and we had so much space. The property mangers were EXCELLENT! Friendly and extremely prompt with responses. Definitely would recommend.

Great vacation in Tahoe

This was a memorable experience for our family and the four other families that stayed for just under a week. There is a hiking trail just at the end of the culex sac. The place is exactly as advertised, plus the ac works well and there is plenty of hot water. The home was spacious and clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable with nice linens and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty to do for the kiddos- with the pool, media room, the arcade game and shuffle board and pool table - plus the hot tub is right out in the trees with a spacious seating area. I would definitely recommend!

Great place just missing a few things

This was a great rental home with plenty to do inside the house so both our family’s enjoyed it. However, we had to ask for a iron and ironing board and pool towels. They did bring the items but only 4 pool towels for 14 guest. There were no bath mats, dish towels, throw pillows or blankets to lounge on the couch with. We ended up buying our own and leaving them at the house for future renters. I think these items are a necessity especially for the price we paid. However, over all it was a great property and we had a wonderful time.

nice house for large family gathering

beds very comfortable. dishwasher-not work well. all the fun stuff works well. no cheat sheet for the movie room-took a while to get working as previous guests maybe had unplugged some stuff?? no hand towels in powder room or kitchen. lots of pans, dishes and spice rack. can park in garage. AC on main floor not work-or not work well. upstairs worked great, nice easy trail very near by. quiet at night.

Doesn’t live up to expectations

The house is in need of a Major upgrade. Felt outdated and not luxurious. Furniture needs to be replaced, it was old and worn down. There was no AC and the large windows didn’t have window coverings so the sun would wake you up at 6am, sometimes 5am. The windows that did have window screens didn’t provide much protection against the sun. Also, many windows didn’t have window screens so you had to make a decision between being uncomfortable with the heat or getting bitten by mosquitos. If you have allergies to dust mites, this isn’t a good place for you either. There are TVs in every room but it’s not connected so you have do bring adapters and your own entertainment. Hot water wasn’t consistent so if you have small children, good luck. The swimming pool felt like a sauna room, even when we opened all of the windows, which made the ping pong table (located in the swimming pool room) unusable because unless you were in the pool it was unbearable. The Ice machine of the fridge stopped working and we there was no broom. Overall a mediocre stay and for the price tag, was NOT Worth it. And def not luxurious.

Not a luxury property

Decided to get away for a long weekend and stay 4 nights at the Evergreen Estates property. We were very excited to splurge on a luxury property because we have had a very stressful start to our year and just wanted to treat ourselves to relax and enjoy. This place did not allow any of that. LARGE ANTS! For the entire trip, we found carpenter ants in the living room and kitchen area and spent time killing them. The property management company brought us ant traps and spray, which means we spent most of our trip trying to kill the ants. we put out 16 traps total and sprayed the floors, base boards, vents and under the couch at least 8 different times to try to keep them at bay. We were told that they were bringing in an exterminator after our visit. Great for someone else, but not us. REFRIGERATOR: Upon opening the refrigerator, we realized there were only two high shelves. At the bottom, it was only a drawer - no shelf above the drawer, just the drawer. SHEETS WERE DIRTY: The sheets and comforter in the master bedroom were dirty. Luckily we weren't using all the rooms, so we were able to grab clean sheets and comforter from another bed. I sent a message to the property manager through their app before falling asleep. They brought us new sheets the next day. So, I changed the sheets twice for a 4 night trip. POOL ROOM: The pool was nice - kids had fun. The pool room could use some love, but the pool itself was nice. There was a ping pong table in the room, but no ping pong balls to play with. We tried to turn the TV on in the pool area, but had no signal. Noticed that the cable box had no plugs to plug in. Was finally told by the prop mgr that the tv was only intended for streaming. By the time we were told this, we didn't even care anymore. OTHER ISSUES: Movie Room - Surround speakers didn't work. Only speakers were from the movie projector. Bench in front entry way was broken. Dishwasher was not secured. Arcade game didn't fully work (one player only allows you to move downward). Majority of the dishes had chips in them. Non-Stick pans were extremely worn and some were even bent. Overall, the house needs some upgrading and attention. Sounds like they were going to do some things after our departure - didn't help us. Very disappointing trip - would NEVER stay here again.
