The studio was amazing! It was in excellent conditions, has everything you might need, and has free transportation stops right outside. For us that like to ski, the Heavenly shuttle passes by every 30 minutes and leaves you right at the lift or gondola. Having a full kitchen is very convenient and worthwhile. We will definitely be back!

This unit is fantastic. Very well updated and super cozy inside. Located within walking distance of necessities and less than a 5 minute druve from the village. My wife and I spent close to a week here and would do it again in a heartbeat.

This property was very clean and close to the beach/lake, as well as shops and restaurants (great location). The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars overall was because the upstairs neighbors were loud during the night, like 1-2 a.m. (ex - talking loudly & walking around which made loud creaking noises) and the air conditioning unit was very loud and disruptive while trying to sleep — on the last night we figured out there was a fan in the closet which was much better to use.

My two must haves are the bathroom needs to be clean and the bed needs to be comfortable. Bathroom while clean is very worn. Bed was comfortable EXCEPT that the HVAC is 1 foot away from the bed and blows in your face all night. Not good!!!! I l

Great location, awesome amenities!

The property is nice, well located, and my wife and I had a great time there on our honeymoon. Access to the beach is quick, just a short walk through the parking lot. We found the unit easily.

Perfect for two

This property is smaller than expected. However, the fireplace is lovely and all the Anne iTunes as well. It was lovely to enjoy a bottle of wine on the dock at sunset. The worst part was the loud upstairs neighbors. Anyone walking above can be heard quite easily. It became apparent that it was not neighbors, but construction happening at night! Very difficult to sleep with someone working right above your head almost all night. VERY disappointed in that and the only response we got was, “we are sorry, we had no idea that would be happening.”

Lovely stay!

We loved staying in the Honeymoon studio at Lakeland Village. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the place was cozy and cute! Great weekend getaway!

Our stay was very relaxing and the property was very clean. The location is very convenient for a walk or a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. There some exterior construction/repair being done at the time of our stay during the weekdays. This did affect our stay as the noise was minimal or we were out in the exploring the city.

Exactly what we needed.

The rental was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of space and all of the amenities we could need. The room was very clean and warm when we arrived. The location was great only 10 minutes to heavenly village and the mountain. One thing that was a minor bother. The room did have a used shoe smell when you first walk in. Obviously you get used to it and forget about it but it still caught my attention once I walked in. Maybe it’s just age, or from previous days when smoking was allowed. Overall, a great place for any couple to runaway and spend some time in Tahoe.

Clean and cozy, but …

Positives: Condo unit is as pictured, overall very nice. Negatives: Building construction lots of noise and debris outside, as the building is being re-faced, also the pool/hot tub closed for part of our stay due to the construction. The unit is on the first floor and you could clearly hear the upstairs neighbors as they walked around their unit.
