All bathrooms have granite counter tops and beautiful showers/baths. There is a huge wrap around deck with views of both Heavenly and Mt. Talliac. Complete with outdoor furniture and grill. There is plenty to do from horse shoes and bocce ball outside, to pool and foosball inside.
Each bedroom is furnished with beautiful handmade log furniture to give you that wonderful Tahoe vacation feel. The entire house is heated with infloor heating to keep you nice and toasty after a hard day of skiing.

The land is over 12,000 sq ft with a fenced in backyard. The kids can play in the backyard without any worries, plenty of room to build snowmen. There is a 9-hole golf course about 1/4 mile away. You are also less than a mile from Highway 50 where you can find great shopping and restaurants.
The downstairs has a brand new 55' Smart TV, DVD player, and surround sound. The master bedroom has a new 50' Smart TV, as well as the front bedroom with bunks. We offer free wifi.

This property has all the comforts of home. You are just minutes away from Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, and the lake. Connolly beach is 1 mile away and you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, para sail, and more. Safeway grocery store is just blocks away.
