We loved the house. The pool, the home theater, the game room, everything was great. However we had an unfortunate situation occur, where the power went out due to a wind storm. While we know it was not anyone's fault, we did not receive any form of communication even after trying to contact the owners/managers. We had no access to the amenities for 24 hours, and needed advice on managing the situation, being unable to use anything electric related. We managed on our own, but lost a day of our vacation, in some very cold nights. We've heard nothing about a refund for what we missed out on. Like I said, we loved the house, and enjoyed our other days there thoroughly, we would love to return under better circumstances, but the lack of communication was a big problem that derailed our vacation that we spent a good amount of money on.
