We had a wonderful stay in South Lake Tahoe. The condo was just as described. Location was convenient and within walking distance of everything.

The property was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was easy & communication prior was clear & informative.The kitchen and house was well-stocked with all the appliances, cookware, dishes, extra blankets, and anything else that would be needed for a care-free stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpets were not clean and were worn. The furniture was old and worn. The ice maker was not working. The sticky toilets flash! The garbage can had too small of bag in it.

We loved this property. It was clean, spacious and had AC! Was so great to be walking distance to Heavenly Village. 10 out of 10 recommended!

25 min drive to Emerald Bay for hikes, 10 min from the casinos or Edgewood. Great location and hidden paradise!!!!

Great location and property

Short walk to casinos. Open layout for hanging out with friends. Clean and modern space. Small balcony but enough for 4 comfortably.

Property is as described clean and spacious, great kitchen, things I missed seeing when booking , there are 3 flights of stairs to get to unit, wished there was an elevator especially for moving in & out.

There is activities for everyone, hiking, biking, casino entertainment and shopping. We did miss getting on the water due to the smoke and weather. That gives us a reason to come back.

Very clean with the exception of something used to clean the floor made our socks and bare feet dirty. The kitchen was so well stocked we had to keep our food items in the counter. Pretty cool! I would definitely recommend.

Clean Unit With Unusable Shuffleboard

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the big reasons we rented this unit was for the shuffleboard. I know that may sound silly, but our group has epic shuffleboard tournaments. Unfortunately, this shuffleboard is nearly unplayable, as it is warped, uneven and unbalanced. It is the worst shuffleboard I have played on. Other than this, the unit was nice and clean.

Summer Stay

We stayed for 1 week in July. The property was very clean and organized. Nice location as well. Issues: Ice maker did not work for our entire stay. One of the kitchen drawers was broken was held together with aluminum foil. Front door handle to enter the property was broken for 2-3 days. Only 2 towels per bathroom provided. Our daughter rented a scooter on the first day and brought it back to the property. Parked it on the driveway while we were out. When we returned a female said no scooters allowed on property So we our daughter immediately moved it outside. We apologized. 4-5 days later we received a text message stating the digital contract stated no scooters on the property. So in between the first and 4-5th day someone on the property, I assume a homeowner, notified the property manager of the 'infraction'. This was entirely unnecessary and dare I say mean spirited. We acknowledged and apologized to her. The scooter was there for a few hours. The fact someone reported this days later left a bad impression on the stay. I'd suggest to others to review the contract with an attorney and have a family meeting to review the details with your children before staying so you aren't reported for violating the agreement (parked a scooter for a few hours). Be aware you are constantly being watched. Being watched and reported on while on vacation.
