Great Quiet Spot

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood. Far enough from crowds, but close enough to get to towns/hiking/attractions easily. The kitchen was well stocked & the bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. Nice seating on the top deck & dining area for a group.

Spacious

The home is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved our stay. The only thing we would request is maybe a few more kitchen towels. There were only 3 kitchen towels for the 6 of us which meant we had to use paper towels (which were provided) just not as eco friendly.

Nice home in Tahoe

The home was spacious and well appointed. Hot tub was great and quite large. Nice view of the mountains. You can’t walk to the lake but the drive is simple and you save money because it is a drive. Expansive deck with nice BBQ. We ate dinner on the deck each night. I’d return here in a heartbeat. Note that stairs are necessary to enter and move about the home. That was not a problem for us, but I would just want people to understand that stairs are involved.

Great place to stay

Very close to pretty much anything you wanna do. A short drive to the slopes. House was awesome. Very quiet neighborhood, views and hottub were great. Great communication with rental staff.

Nice, but needs updating

This house is nice and has a lot of amenities (cooking supplies, hot tub, etc.). However, I wouldn't call it "luxurious" as it says in the listing. It is very outdated (most of the appliances are from the 90's) and there were several issues we had during our stay. We noticed that there were spider webs hanging from the ceiling above the kitchen table, as well as in the corners of the room on the ceiling. There was also a spider web connected from the wall to the top of the TV. When I communicated this to RNR vacations, they said they would let their cleaning company know so they could fix it after we left. So much for the cleaning fee that comes with the rental. The tuner that is used for the TV and the inputs (cable, apple TV, etc.), is very old and doesn't work well with the in-ceiling speakers. When we tried to watch several movies, the speakers were quiet and when we turned the volume up high to hear the movie, the tuner shut everything off. We contacted RNR vacations and they sent someone out to look at it; the result was "we need to talk to the owner to replace this". We were then unable to watch any movies for the last half of our trip. Also, the oven did not work. We had to have RNR vacations come in and bring a table top oven to cook. A day later, the repair shop came in and fixed it. Overall we had to have people come 3-4 times to the house to check on or fix things. I was surprised that we had these issues based on the previous reviews and description of the property. Other than those issues, we had a good time.

Wonderful stay in Lovely Home

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. It was very clean and fully stocked with numerous quality kitchen appliances and utensils. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed evenings on the spacious deck and in the large hot tub. Location was central to many activities. This is a great house for 3 couples or a family. Although it was rather large for only 2 people, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Hideaway

I stayed here with my brother and his wife for a relaxing family getaway. The house was SO clean and comfortable, it was WELL worth the money. It was just 15 minutes from the lake, and all the activities. This was great, because at the end of the day, we came home to the quiet of the woods! It was peaceful and awesome to be in nature and enjoy the weather from the expansive wrap around deck. I would stay here again for sure.

Luxurious Home in the Forest

Very comfortable home and great views. It is close to everything. The home has a well equipped kitchen. The mattresses were very comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable. Beautiful deck to sit on with hammock. You will love this home.

Fantastic rental home. Super clean, even the patio furniture was free from bugs or webs. Love the app for the rental company. All instructions were clear and easy to find. Home is in a great location. Secluded but still close to town. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Lake Tahoe

Overall good. Our biggest complaint is the Property Managment company’s rigid rules and procedures were disenchanting. A couple of Maintenance issues such a pressure issue with master bath and breaker issues, downstairs. The noise of the nearby constant dog barking and helicopter tours were a little irritating. We loved the use of the garage, beach chairs and cooler. Property was very clean and well Maintained.

Peaceful and relaxing home.

The place was lovely. It has a very welcoming and homey atmosphere. It is wonderfully decorated and stocked with everything you could need. Very clean with plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some alone time. We all loved it!
