We had to move to this property after being asked to leave another property being managed by the same company when we reported safety issues. They unfortunately have somewhat of a monopoly on homes in the area. After reporting the safety issues (broken handrail on the front porch, broken bed in main bedroom, coffee machine that had buildup in it that appeared to be mold that we noticed after getting sick) they asked us to leave by 10am the next morning. It was later in the day so we frantically tried to find somewhere new that could accommodate our family. The reservation was immediately accepted on VRBOs end but said we needed to wait and hear from RnR Rentals. We had to pack three kids including a four month old baby up and sit around at local businesses from 10am-4pm because they didn’t even offer early check-in for the inconvenience. When they called me to do their standard phone check-in at around 10am they realized it was us from the other property, the receptionist said, “Oh, I’ll have to call you back,” then hung up. I waited an hour and tried to call back and got no response to my voicemail. They eventually sent the contract and requested payment. Then tried to send an addendum post signing saying everything is as is including a broken burner, etc. I hope the owners reconsider using their services. As far the property goes, it was okay. Loud neighbors with a dog that wouldn’t stop barking and a lot of kids screaming after school. Otherwise okay. Still no refund @1wk
