Our property is a true mountain home surrounded by nature. Because of our beautiful rural environment, you may occasionally see a spider web, a bug, or local wildlife during your stay. Enjoy beautiful, quiet paths right in the neighborhood that lead directly to a scenic mountain waterfall and stunning panoramic vistas of Lake Tahoe!

Ditch the Parking Hassles (1.5 Miles / ~30-Min Walk): Avoid strict 2-hour parking limits and expensive lots at the water's edge. Our home is a straightforward 1.5-mile walk or a quick 5-minute drive to the Marina, lake beaches, Whole Foods, and Heavenly Village.

Free On-Demand Local Shuttle (Lake Link):
Leave your car in our driveway! Our neighborhood is served by Lake Link, South Shore's 100% free, app-based rideshare service. Simply summon a comfortable van via the app, and it will arrive in about 15 minutes to take you, your coolers, and your beach gear straight to the village, beaches, or casinos for free.

Casino Nightlife (5-Minute Drive): Just a few minutes by car or free shuttle to the Stateline casinos for world-class summer concerts, live comedy shows, and casino table games.

Occupancy Rules (Strictly City Enforced):

Parking regulations:
-Maximum number of Vehicles Allowed: 4 (2 in the garage; 2 in the driveway)
-Street Parking is strictly Forbidden
-Non-compliance may result in a $500 fine.

Security camera at the front of the house ensure parking compliance.

We have noise sensors inside the living area in a privacy-compliant way to protect you from noise complaints.

Noise and hot tub usage regulations;
- Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
During quiet hours
-No loud music or excessive noise
-Hot tub is Forbidden during quiet hours.

Noise Enforcement:
Noise regulations are strictly enforced by the City of South Lake Tahoe. If neighbors report excessive noise and law enforcement is called, the city may issue citations ranging from approximately $1,500 to $5,000 to both the guest and the owner. Any fines or penalties resulting from guest behavior are the responsibility of the guest.

Minimum Renter Age: The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, the primary guest will be asked to sign the City of South Lake Tahoe’s Good Neighbor Contract before arrival. At check-in, we will also complete a brief video call to verify the primary guest’s identity and age using a physical government-issued photo ID. No photo or copy of the ID will be retained, and the door code will be provided immediately afterward. Thank you for helping us comply with the city’s vacation-rental requirements.
