Great trip!

Plenty of bedrooms for our family vacay. This house is beautiful and the kitchen is one of the best stocked we’ve ever seen with every cooking utensil and pan you’d ever want. The kids enjoyed the arcade room, and the adults enjoyed all the different decks and the rippling creek water feature at the house.It was a short drive to stores, shops and beaches and any questions were quickly answered.

The garage disposal broke but they fixed it the next day. No towels were given for the futon room. Carpets needed to be cleaned. The showers also needed a deep clean. The room with the bathroom in it, the shower smelt like mildew. Some of the window cranks were broken when we arrived. Overall it was a nice property.

Mother's Day Weekend Getaway

Our family loved our stay here at this property! Upon entrance there is a little stream in front of the house that brought relaxing vibes and energy to the home. We were tucked away in a more quieter part of South Lake Tahoe that was perfect for our stay. Not far from the strip at all. The open setting of the main floor made it perfect for our family to all be together. The hosts were very quick to respond to the few questions we had. Overall would love to stay again!

Great Place to Stay in South Lake

Had a great time staying at this beautiful property. Big rooms provide lots of space for everyone to be comfortable. Enjoyed the game room and spa during our stay. Management was very easy as well - they were punctual with communication. Highly recommend this property!

The house had issues. There was mold all over the shower and it aggravated my asthma. We saw a mouse running in the living room. I would not stay in this property again.

Clean, convenient, and perfect for our family!

Very clean, beautiful home that accommodated our family of 13-15 perfectly! Loved that most, if not all, of the rooms had a little tv (that actually works lol). Great convenient location, nice quiet neighborhood but also not far off the main road at all. Was able to fit 5 SUV’s total in the garage driveway, was pleasantly surprised! Check in and check out process was a breeze. No issues at all with this rental during our stay, everything was great!

Beautiful spot in the trees

This is a fabulous house and location with everything you need. Our group was more than comfortable. The host and property manager got back to me quickly. The house is comfortable, clean and in a great location.

Very pretty house

Quiet location on a quiet street. Great amenities and space. Lots of different rooms and decks for people to spread out. Shuffle board upstairs was fun. Kitchen was great and extra refrigerator in the garage was helpful. We knew we were staying away from the SLT traffic and congestion, but the location was even better than I thought and it’s a very easy and scenic drive from the house. Our only negative had nothing to do with the house or the owner, but the city ordinance about no street parking for rentals makes it a bit inconvenient. This is a really nice house.

PERFECT SPOT FOR FUN FAMILY REUNION!!!

WOW! WE COULDN'T HAVE PICKED A BETTER HOUSE - ALL OF OUR WISHES COME TRUE! QUEEN SIZE BEDS FOR EVERYONE, THE JACUZZI WAS HOT, PLENTY OF SPACE FOR EVERYONE TO MOVE AROUND AND NOT FEEL CROWDED. THEY THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING, FROM FLUFFY PILLOWS TO THE BLENDER, COFFEE POT, AND THE NATURAL GAS FOR THE GRILL AND FIREPLACE! JUST FYI FOR OLDER FAMILY MEMBERS - LOTS OF STAIRS. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Small Group Retreat

I booked the house for a peer group retreat for 6 people. It was fantastic. Easily could have had 9 adults - 7 bedrooms: one had two queen beds and another had two sets of bunk beds. We loved using the ping pong, shuffleboard, and foosball tables as well as the arcade games. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of outside porch spaces. Most of the restaurants or activities are 10-15 minutes away.

Below average maintenance

We stayed in this property in 2018 and it was well maintained and accidentally we booked the same this year , it was a family and friends surprise until we reached the property and to the suprise...it was not well maintained with smelly rooms , There were no locks on the bathroom doors, dishwasher was not working , down stairs bedroom door lock is broken etc. to name a few Thanks

Enjoyed our stay.

We all enjoyed our stay. It was an excellent place for a family baby shower and to celebrate our Mom's 90th birthday. When we had questions, we received an immediate and friendly response. A suggestion would be to install sunshades on the main top floor to block the afternoon sun and keep the room cooler. The sun shines right in your eyes when sitting at the dinner table, and It gets hot in the summer. I also suggest more bath towels and possibly more cutlery. Thank you for a nice place to enjoy the beauty of South Lake Tahoe.

We wished we could have gotten an early check in as requested 6-9 months prior to our arrival. Also there needs to be more towels available for your guest. Bother than that the house was petfect
