Violation and Eviction Warning



Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties, weddings, or receptions.



Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 guests and 4 vehicles. These limits are enforced and patrolled 24 hours a day.



Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day may result in guest fines of up to $2,000, in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner.



Failure to follow the no-party policy may result in immediate eviction.



Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in an immediate fine.



This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large or noisy groups.
