We had a very disappointing experience with this property and its management. We had booked this Lake Tahoe rental but, due to a severe snowstorm warning issued by local news and weather authorities, we asked to reschedule. We were traveling with a small child and did not want to risk getting stranded or putting our family in danger.We reached out to the property manager and offered to move our stay to any available future dates that worked for them. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they were dismissive and unprofessional. They referred to the severe weather warnings — which included road closures and safety advisories — as a "preference" rather than a valid reason for concern.We understand that policies are in place, but the complete lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with us was unacceptable. If you're considering this property, know that the management is rigid and unsympathetic, even in situations involving safety and families with young children. We would not book here again.

Birthday get away

We loved the location close to everything (walking or scooter distance). The place was very spacious and clean! Loved the massage chair in the master bedroom! We had lots of fun with the shuffleboard. My kids loved the Batman game. The other game could have been more updated not to much to play that was new most was really old game systems. So they didn’t use it. The place was very private in the corner spot. We got to see bears and the kids loved it (from the safety of the third floor balcony) mattress were a little lumpy especially the king bed was a little hard to fall asleep but the blankets were so warm I loved them and had to buy some for my own. I will stay at another one of your units for sure. Xd

We enjoyed our overall stay at Tahoe Woods #503. Kitchen was stocked well. Game room and shuffle board was fun. Overall condition of unit has obvious wear. Walking distance to Heavenly Village with shopping and restaurants.

Perfect Family Home

This house was perfect for our 2 families and our parents. 10 of us and plenty of room for everyone. The kids and teens loved the video games and all of us loved playing shuffle board. The home was clean and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic condo & location!

We had a great late fall stay at this unit! Very spacious and the arcade game room & shuffleboard table provided hours of entertainment. Also, the property management team responded very quickly to a couple of minor requests. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing and fun stay

Stay was amazing. The video games and shuffle board were perfect for me and my friends. Not to mention how great the location was. Location was so close to food and mainly the casinos. We were able to stock up on groceries for a few days. Bathrooms and everything we're very clean. Friends loved the bunk bed as it added a nostalgic childhood vibe for us. Thanks again!

We love this unit. It's super spacious and comfortable, as advertised! Queen beds downstairs are so comfy. We were bummed the arcade games were not working this year and someone in another unit in our building (not affiliated with this rental company) had a dog that continuously barked. But we highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning again!

Great Location and Setup for a Two Family Vacation

The home setup was great for our two families. It was close to the activities that drew us to Tahoe. Bedrooms large, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, gas grill, pots, etc. and laundry. Make sure you follow the rules about garbage and locking the main dumpster because of bears. While we were there, a huge bear had a dinner of garbage and stayed for about 45mins. Fun for the kids to see from the safety of 3rd floor balcony but shocking for those coming/going in the parking lot. They were very responsive and sent a repair person to fix the Batman video game that was not working (ultimately needed to order a part so it didn’t work while we were there but good service). Check in and out was easy. Could use additional towels, bathroom bar soap and dishwashing detergent for our length of stay (5 nights) but that was only minor issue. Overall, great experience.

The game didnt work for my nephew to play and the fans in both rooms didnt work and we had a worker in the house every day but 2 witch where the days we were not there. The guy was very nice and did everything he coulf to help.

Located walking distance from Lake and Heavenly Village gave us plenty to do! The home was well equipped and the kids loved the space to themselves and the arcade room. Great WiFi for working remotely, too.

Great location to beach and shops

Great 3 bedroom with bonus “game” room. The stairs were a little much after a few days for the third floor:) if this is something you are considering, try and inquire for the 2nd floor of this unit as needed as there are several in this little community of condos. There was a massage chair in the master bedroom which was great. I think we used it every day. Ot was awesome after a day of swimming or after heavenly. 10 minutes walk to the beach with kids and water toys/towels etc. Bring a wagon if you can. The beach did cost though so be prepared. It was $20 per person I believe. 10 minutes to heavenly as well where you can shop and eat. Only one Main Street to cross. The longest walk was to the casinos. About 15 minutes to the casinos. Not bad though. Beware of bears! We had a visitor in the community garbage cans. After that, the main community gates were shut and all was well. Negatives: All doors creaked which made it pretty noisy while trying to check on the little ones sleeping. The floors creaked as well, but they are rustic hardwoods so we expected it. The main master bathroom had a motion sensor light, but no actual door to the bathroom so light shined on the person still sleeping if you needed to use the bathroom late, or after arriving home late from a night at the casino. Also, not a huge deal, but one of the video games was not working. Inquire about this of this is something you are interested in. The Batman game did work however, and our kids enjoyed it.

Heavenly Village Getaway

Beautiful condo rental just a few blocks off from Heavenly Village. Our group was late 20 year olds for a ski weekend in Tahoe. The property was wonderful, easy to access, and only a short distance to the gondola. Super manageable to carry gear over to the lift. Would recommend for future stays.
