Great rental for a group

We very much enjoyed the rental. After years of renting a different home in South Lake Tahoe, our group of friends was forced to find another place as our go to was taken off the market. We were relieved and happy that our new rental was more than adequate. A great deck, lots of space, fun amenities and close drive to wherever we needed to go. Our group will certainly rent this afain.

Good size house

The house is big and has many rooms for our group of people. There are plenty of utensils, and the BBQ deck was very nice. our group was very happy about the house and would definitely return.

Family Winter Vacation

If you are looking for a large house for many friends and family, it is fine, and we all had a great time, however, the house desperately needs some TLC. The wood floors need refurbishing and the stairs were not clean when we arrived. Many items did not work (the Pac Man is broke, none of the electrical plugs in kitchen along the exterior wall work, toaster oven does not work, water pressure in hall bathroom shower is extremely low, the ice maker does not work either). The TVs are not Smart capable so you can't log into your own accounts to view. We had 13 people and there was only 9 forks in the house. The couches and coffee tables are very old and need replacing, as well as many of the faucets. The stairwell banister needs attention. We got several splinters from it. This could be a great house if given some attention. The appliances are mostly new and in good shape. Double oven and dishwasher is very nice.

Big tahoe getaway house

The house was big with lots of space. Its pretty out dated and is in need of some fresh paint and repairs. If you are looking for a rustic getaway house for a big group it does the job.

A solid Tahoe option for groups

Great location with plenty of rooms and a nice living room area. Our group had an excellent time here and were able to see everything we wanted to in Tahoe basing out of here.

Very roomy and comfortable house.

Plenty of space for the family reunion. Well equipped kitchen, plenty parking and very responsive management. Only a few small disappointments, some closer attention to the amenities being fully functional would have made it perfect.

Great space!

This is a very large home with some fantastic spaces for hanging out. As one other reviewer mentioned, it isn’t particularly well-stocked as compared to some other places we have stayed, so be prepared to bring or to get the essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, kitchen staples) your first day. However, the home was comfortable with plenty of space to sleep our extended family, and the downstairs rooms were very quiet, which was perfect for putting the kids to bed while the adults stayed up to talk and socialize. The home was stocked with lots of games and movies, and the hot tub was great. The location is also really central but still in a quiet neighborhood. We especially appreciated all the parking! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property manager, great huge property

During our stay the dryer wasn't working and the propertyanager had someone out the next morning to fix it, we also got snowed in and the property manager Lisa was incredibly helpful! This house is huge so it's great for large parties with children. There's lots for them to do and plenty of space. It's 3 floors with the entrance on the middle floor, the top floor is kitchen and living area plus 2 bedrooms, the middle has a living area and 2 bedrooms with 1 bath, and the bottom is the game room, living area, bar and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There's a hill right across the street that's great for sledding so if you have young kids it's a great location. My only small complaint was the lack of supplies. We didn't expect supplies for the entire week, but we rent a lot of properties they VRBO and usually a couple of days is provided until you can get to the store, there were no paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and basic supplies so just make sure you bring everything initially. All in all though it was a great property and location. I highly recommend it for large groups!!

Definitely NOT pet free (huge allergy issues)

We rented this place because it was on a list of “pet free” homes, when we arrived there was dog hair all over the stairs... like a lot. Also, there was dog poop on one of the decks. I called and spoke to someone at the office where we picked up the keys at Tahoe Keys Resort they mentioned that the last person to stay at the house was THE OWNER. Which to be honest is pretty disappointing that the owner, that has the house listed as pet free, brings their pet. They really need to keep in mind pet allergies that people do have, and are truly life threatening. We had 2 people in our group that are highly allergic to dogs and one had to continuously take medication while at the house. PLEASE DO EVERYONE A FAVOR AND DISCLOSE THAT THIS HOUSE IS PET FREE BUT OWNERS DO OWN A DOG. It could have saved us the trouble of dealing with allergy issues at our visit.

Process was easy to follow. The house was big and properly equipped. Had a great time. The only downside was that the jacuzzi did not work. Was looking to relax in it as it was partly why I chose that location.

Beautiful house with awesome arcade!

This house is massive. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the whole place was furnished really well. The lighting was pretty and we loved the arcade downstairs. We would definitely go back to this place, as long as we had enough people to fill it up!
