Fantastic house

I was very impressed by this property: the kitchen was well stocked; there were extra air mattresses; tons of large screen TV’s that were simple to cast to. Entry through keycode made it easy for large groups to come and go with separate cars. Lastly, the proximity to Heavenly and Kirkwood was a big plus.

The stay was great and we truly enjoyed it. Great location and nice neighborhood that I enjoyed the morning jog. The only small thing I would recommend is the floor might need a better cleaning/mopping. It looks clean but my daughter’s white socks got pretty dirty. But that really didn’t bother me much so just a very minor feedback for improvement.

awesome house close to Lake Tahoe

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with great shared areas (kitchen, dining room, and living room). The master bathroom shower is fantastic. We also really liked the location with some nice parks in walking distance, a good grocery store nearby and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. This is also fantastic for cycling with easy access to Luther Pass and Hope Valley.

Concert stay

Loved the place. Wish we could use hot tub, but I get why you don’t. I would t want god knows what in my hot tub either. Loved that there were some spices. Appreciate the quality of the kitchenware. We would love to come back again and again, but we have a couple VERY well behaved dogs that we would want to bring. If you let ilia bring them, we would be there once or twice a year for sure. Thanks for letting us use your place. It’s very nice.

Cozy winter stay in South Lake Tahoe

Beautiful Place, Cleaning Concerns

This property was seamless to book and access when we arrived. It is absolutely beautiful, well decorated, and spacious. The actual property is slightly different from the listing, but I figure the pictures in the listing were likely taken earlier in the place may have since been updated. The one issue that I had was cleanliness. The vents were dusty and full of debris. We also wiped down the main shower in the master bedroom to find additional dirt and hair present. Lastly, I thoroughly understand that we are still in a pandemic (they report using hospital grade sanitizer, which is awesome - I work in a hospital and the fact that they have access to this is a plus), but I don’t appreciate being asked to wash one load of towels when there is already a cleaning fee being charged. To their credit, the owners request: “if possible”to wash one load of towels and put them in the dryer before leaving. This didn’t sit well with me, given that we are paying a cleaning fee. Nevertheless, we left the place spic and span, exactly as we found it. Would I stay here again? Yes, it’s a beautiful and quiet place.

Nice home for gathering

Nicely updated house with open floorplan. We cooked all of our meals in the nicely updated kitchen. A family of 8 stayed with comfortable accommodations. It was great to have a garage to park in, however, we felt very safe in a nice neighborhood.

Beautiful House

The house is beautiful, the beds are comfy and the house was stocked with all we needed. We got to see a small bear up in the neighbor's tree one morning. It was our only bear sighting during our entire CA trip, so it was very exciting. The neighborhood is cute and eclectic and there are food stores and cafes close by. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Amazing House

One of the Greatest Experience my cousins and I have had. The house was absolutely stunning and the amenities provided were fantastic. We all genuinely enjoyed the house. Without a doubt a 5-star stay.

Beautiful and cozy home.

Home was beautiful and very spacious. Although there were a couple broken pieces of furniture the home was clean and nicely decorated. Having a backyard was perfect given we were limited to outdoor activities due to Covid. It accommodated my family and I very well. It was an overall amazing experience for my family and I and we would definitely stay there again.
