Matunuck Beach House

The property was cute and clean. It was a perfect week with many options of activities to do. We went kayaking, biking, and of course laid on the beach. It was a perfect stay.

Amazing cottage for mini vacation!

Stayed at this property for a getaway weekend and could not have had a better time! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Direct access to the beach and the surrounding area is beautiful with so many activities. I would definitely want to stay here again.

The cottage was even better than expected. Extremely friendly environment including contact agent, housekeeping, and owners. The privacy component -including backyard and ocean shore was what we were looking for and exactly what we experienced.July 5 - 12 were the dates we stayed. Enjoyed our time. Looking forward to the next stay.

Great beach location

We had a short stay, only two nights but we really enjoyed the community and proximity to the beach. The house is very cozy and was perfect for our needs. It is close to a lot of historical sites and walking trails and we loved just walking through the neighborhoods looking at the beautiful properties and beach views.

Great Honeymoon Location

Beautiful clean cottage right on the beach which was the best part. The whole process was easy and Melanie is open and informative with the checkin and our process. A truly wonderful trip!

Long weekend getaway

This was a lovely long weekend getaway to recharge and enjoy a birthday weekend at the beach. Property is adorable. It was clean, check in easy and location perfect. We met the owners and their dogs at the beach!

Charming

Our 1st time in RI and we will be back. This little cottage was the perfect spot. A beautiful and convenient area. We explored URI and Newport. I was happy I got to meet the owners. They made us feel welcomed. Thank for sharing your place with us.

Cute Oceanside Cottage

There were just 2 of us who stayed at the propery, and it was perfect for us. Nothing fancy, but very cute. Close to Route 1 for getting around and it had all the little necessities. Check in and out was easy. Communication was excellent. Wouldefinitely stay again.

The first day we went over to Block Island. We hadn't been since we were kids. We ate dinner at the Ocean Mist, excellent and within walking distance from the house.The second day we went to the Lizzy Borden House and to dinner with North Kingstown relatives at The Crows Nest. We also stopped in to see Taylor Swift's house before dinner. On our way home we stopped in our old neighborhood and did a memory drive. Thank you for a very fun 3 days!!!

Perfect Weekend

Wonderful stay at a great property. Location could not be better — walked to beaches, restaurants, coffee shop, surf shop. The house is very cute and has everything you need. Waking up to the sound of the ocean — what could be better? Property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions. 2nd time staying here; looking forward to coming back for a 3rd visit!

Much needed last minute relax time, two nights in a cozy cottage steps from the beach. The cottage was a breath of fresh air. A light, airy, clean and had everything needed to enjoy a stay. Full kitchen and private outdoor grilling and dining area. The beach was very quiet and all to ourselves. We didn’t want to leave and cannot wait to return.

Little gem by the sea!

Everything was wonderful. The weather could have cooperated a bit more! Remember it gets very windy by the water! Hoodies were a requirement, but that didn’t deter our enjoyment!

A cottage to relive memories

The property is beautifully located, cozy for four adults, equipped to fill all your needs. The property manager was very responsive when I called to tell her a recent wind storm wreak havoc on the yard furniture. Only thing disappointing was the beach of my youth was pretty much gone. But hey, what should I expect for 50 years of change.

Great cottage literally steps from the beach!!

My wife booked us for my birthday weekend and we had a blast. I hadn't realized how close we were to the beach - leave your bedroom windows open and you can hear the waves crashing in!!! The beach is just steps away so we grabbed a blanket and breakfast and sat watching the surfers out riding the waves. About the best way to start your day or see the stars out at night. We brought our bikes and the few restaurants and bars are just a couple of blocks away. Most folks just walk to them. The small market is maybe 5 minutes by car and has everything you'd need too. Cottage was perfect for us, cozy, with a nice living area and 2 bedrooms, efficiency kitchen and full sized fridge. Nice little yard too so we could store the bikes there, table and chairs and small fire pit and grill. Would definitely return. Loved it.
