Attached studio apartment with private parking and private entrance. Full kitchenette with brand new fridge, stovetop, and microwave. Loveseat for watching television. Very large walk-in shower with glass door, new bathroom vanity and toilet. Remote controlled AC/heating unit and ceiling fan. Apartment has a private washer/dryer unit. We come to Rhode Island every year, this place is in a great location 10 minutes from the beach and close to shops. The room was clean and it had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year.

As repeat visitors, we are very pleased with the communication with the owners, the location is perfect, and the apartment is just what is needed for a quiet getaway. If in the area, it’s a “must” for consideration imo. Will continue to check for openings on our trip to RI shoreline.

A perfect abode by a gracious hostess. There is not one thing missing from this destination: beach chairs, towels, soap, detergent, kitchenware, stove, washer, dryer, cable. I could go on and on. Most days, I wanted to stay inside because of how comfortable it was. Everything is so close in proximity : beach, library, restaurants etc. Book this place today!

I have stayed here several times, and it is always a consistently wonderful stay. Easy check in process and the unit is very nice and feels like a luxury suite.

This was a great place for a weekend getaway close to the beaches and multiple things to do restaurants and not far from a lot of amenities. Cleanliness and communication was amazing. Would definitely like to stay here again.

In town for a family wedding, the location was quiet, convenient and safe. Accommodations are exactly as described, check in was seamless. Just a perfect stay.
