"The property was clean and the staff very nice. The TV didn’t work. The desk clerk tried to fix it but couldn’t. The air conditioner’s fan sounded raspy most of the time. Hard to sleep with the noise it made. The pet area is very small and very overgrown with weeds.
The breakfast was good and day staff very nice. The staff was receptive to resolving the issues."

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar.
Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

""I do not recommend this place. To begin with, the facilities have a terrible smell; the lack of cleaning and maintenance is obvious. The worst part was when we went to pay: they made separate charges that weren't clear, such as for the dog's stay, charging us an excessive extra fee. To top it all off, when I checked out, they refused to give me a receipt or official invoice. The whole process was very unprofessional and suspicious. Avoid this hotel.""
