Just big enough for 2 adults and 2-3 kids, it's like hotel room with a kitchen added. It was very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated.The reason for the 1-star rating is inaction when there was an issue. When we arrived on Thursday afternoon, we saw a hand-written note from the previous renters, indicating that the WI-FI was down during their entire stay. This resulted in no internet and no TV. As the issue persisted, we immediately reported it to VCASA management. The manager contacted the property owner, who was to contact the HOA. After that, there was no action or further follow up.

The facility was attractive & clean. It is located close to restaurants, shopping & other attractions. It was fairly well stocked but in an area pushing wines did not have any wine glasses.The WiFi was very inconsistent the first 2 days & then stopped working completely, very disappointing. No cable tv to watch sports, disappointing. Support for cable issue was poor.

This efficiency condo is well located for walking to the beaches and downtown. Had we stayed during a busy week it might have been noisier/more crowded/more active than we prefer. We had some issues with the internet connection on the main tv. They were quickly resolved with a contact to the VACASA team. Everything needed for simple meals prep was available, except a cutting board. The bar seating was awkward. The bed was too soft for us and the pillows should probably be replaced. It would be perfect for a two night get away. The linens were of good quality , the towels fluffy and all our basic needs were met. Our last 2 nights, other people were occupying units nearby and we could hear conversation, etc. This unit is for sale. We removed the lock box from the door during our stay. In general we enjoyed our stay.

Super cute condo, lovely finishes, fabulous location! We really enjoyed our stay for our wedding anniversary this weekend. Having it coincide with Harbor Fest was icing on the cake. If you’re looking for a condo close to everything in South Haven, this is the perfect option!

Perfect location in town

Great stay. Unit has everything you need. Note that parking is across the street. Bed and pillows comfy. Bath had Dove products. Blow dryer under the sink. Plenty of towels. Walls are a bit thin and we could hear the large group near us but they were respectful of quiet hours. In the morning you will hear the birds cooing on the roof.

Perfection

This unit was perfect for a few nights in SoHa! It was clean, updated and close to everything. We were able to walk to shop, dine and to catch a sunset at the lighthouse. Communication with VRBO made it very very easy for us as well.

First Family Getaway

My husband and I decided to book this condo to take our first trip as a family with our 1.5 month old daughter. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us and ver nicely decorated. It’s walking distance to most everything in Downtown South Haven. You could certainly walk or bike to North Beach but with a baby we opted to drive. My one critique is we weren’t sure about parking when we first showed up. Turns out we needed to go upstairs to get a pass and exact location of where we should park. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Otherwise great stay!

Beautiful Riverfront Condo

What you see is what you get! A beautiful updated modern condo within walking distance to all that South Beach has to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!
