"This property was so nice! Within walking distance of shops and dining in downtown Beverly. Very quiet, and SUPER clean. The bedrooms had window AC units, which I did not need to use. The property was compact, but large enough for me to spread out my yoga mat (a high priority for me). Two large bedrooms with VERY comfortable king-sized beds. The host was very nice and super courteous. I would definitely recommend this property!"

"We had such a good time in Rockport! We stayed two weeks, and Gigi's place was perfect for us. It couldn't have been in a more convenient location, close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, the harbor. We could walk everywhere and it was a great home base for day trips through all of Cape Ann. Definitely recommend!"

I specifically looked for places that had AC in the rooms, and this listing mentioned having one in the upstairs bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all three bedrooms have their own units, with the top floor having a splitter. I still don't usually sleep well in new places, but I actually slept...

"Ocean Breeze was, indeed, a breeze. Easy check in and check out procedures. The rental was very clean and tidy with plenty of towels (including beach towels) and nice touches in every room. Appliances are well maintained and the kitchen area and provisions were just what we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and relaxing and a short walk to Good Harbor Beach. Wish we could have stayed longer."
