Great place to stay for the price you pay. Easy access to fishing lakes and trails in national forest. Carry a hammock, so that you can enjoy the nature and relax on river banks, just behind the cabin.

This hotel is the closest you will get to the Wolf Creek base. Their rooms have obviously been renovated somewhat recently because they are new, clean, and have fantastic flatscreens ! The hot tub is also great and easily accessible from the hotel style rooms. Great stay and we will be back!

What a Gem!
The location, amenities, staff, and high-quality decor cannot be beat. Super cute and perfect for making your own meals, or a short drive to South Fork. I had been here 15-20 years ago and am blown away by the updated, comfortable, and super clean conditions. Check in and out were a breeze and we enjoyed the hot tub during our stay. A little noisy if someone slams their door next to you, but not a big deal at all. I can't wait to go back!!

This place is very old school in the best way. You get a physical key for the room with a diamond fob just like the motel rooms from my youth. Space heater in the bathroom, a k-cup coffee maker and 50" flat screen TV with DirectTV is all you're gonna need if you are just staying for the skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area 7 miles away.

Would have appreciated either some paper napkins or Kleenex or paper towel. Very nice wood trim, kitchen accommodations, beautiful and well-functioning walk-in shower

Room was very clean and we had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and checkout was even easier. We had to check out at 0530 in the morning and had zero issues. Done in 2 seconds. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay was well located for the things we wanted to do. Nice patio to sit and relax in the cool weather grill provided to cook our meals Ha 70-83 cool for us.... Draw back most guest were for the night new guests every day.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although very basic. Could definitely use some chairs to sit in. The gal at check-in was clearly high and the “lobby” smelled like pot. The exterior needs lots of updating. Right off the main Hwy causing for lots of noise. If I were to see it from the road would never have booked. The back side of the property is nice, near the river.

Great place and great price. Onlly down side was there was no where near to eat or buy food.there was a stove ,grill frig just no groceries or resturant.

Loved the unit we were in, clean had everything we needed. Would have liked to have had a chair to sit in. Had my mother with us and it was hard for her to put on her shoes, she sat on our cooler. It was also hard for her to get in and out of the bed. But we really enjoyed our short visit.

The entire interior has been newly remodeled and was very plesant. Beautiful location. Their office/store needs a lot of work and cleaning to be inviting. First impression was not good. The staff was very helpful and nice.

A magical place! Loved it all. Well stocked, excellent service, pet friendly, clean, quiet, comfortable. A hidden jewel on the East side but into the San Juan Mountains. Perfect getaway!

Rooms appeared to be newly remodeled. Wish they had advertised that there is no A/C, which mattered as we stayed during a heatwave. Manager brought us a box fan, which made it bearable at night, but would have preferred to know before booking.

Another Good Stay
Although the Lodge is right off highway160, the road traffic is not excessively loud or so dense one cannot make the turn off onto the property when approaching from South Fork. Jen and Michael are readily available after check-in to answer questions and/or provide consumables and extra towels as needed. Wifi is free and makes up for the lack of cell phone coverage in the mountains.

Wonderful place!
Our stay was fantastic! The rooms are very roomy and comfy. Everything was cleaned to perfection and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was great also. Will definitely stay there again.
