"The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction...

"We loved this property! We had a girls weekend for the irish festival. The house had everything you would need . The house was very cozy ,we enjoyed lighting a fire and hanging out and chatting. Plenty of room here . The beds were very comfortable we all agreed. Cute little deck with firepit ,weather was not cooperative to sit outside . Plenty of parking for us . Ashlee was great letting us check in earlier on Friday as some of us came earlier. I would highly recommend this house for girls...

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Brewster area and beyond—this property is convenient to lots of walking and biking trails as well as all kinds of beaches, including the amazing Brewster flats (Micaran gave many suggestions in her detailed instructions). We also enjoyed chilling at this lovely and comfortable historic house—there is plenty of space and privacy for all. Highly recommend!"
