Much to be said about this place; where to start.First, I would never stay here for one night: it's got far too much to offer! Two nights was barely enough time, we would've loved to stay a week or more.Thoughtfully stocked, immaculately presented, this house (home) leaps off the page of a designer magazine. Very, very few things were overlooked by the host here. A cribbage board might be a fun addition to the game cupboard. The pillows are hotel quality, but the two with pillowcases were just too high for my head so I had to remove the shams and use those instead. Those of us who wore socks and no slippers found out the gorgeous stairs are a bit slippery. We improvised a drip coffee maker to make a "pot" of coffee in a mason jar. The Keurig machine was also used, but there were no additional coffee pods and we also try to avoid using them in general (we are a group of plastic warriors, so we totally appreciated all the reusable travel mugs you provide your guests!).Amazingly, three of your very tasteful art pieces were made by talented artists who work with rope - the very reason we were in New Bedford was to highlight our program of collecting fishing gear from commercial fishermen (Net Your Problem) and then getting it into the hands of those two (Wharf Warp wreath and two wall hangings by a fellow named Vasconceles) and other artists to make beautiful art!The fire pit was a perfect wind-down at the end of our intense event on Thursday.Loved the marsh!
