"From the quiet, peaceful, private cabin to the frogs, fish and bunnies the place was clean and beautiful. Lighting was available as well as WiFi, easily attainable wood for fire, nearby attractions and waterfalls to explore. The porta potty was clean and the shower was easy to utilize. "The property is beautiful. We really enjoyed the game/sitting area under the cabin. The zip line, the slide and the hot tub were great. Our only issues were that we needed to fill the hot tub as the water level was quite low and there was no smoke detector that we could see."

"We had such a great stay here for a week. Being right on the lake brought the four of us the peace and quiet we were all hoping for. Two of us could get cell service and two of us couldn't. My husband and I never missed our phones once. It was just so nice to be steps away from the water. There were kayaks for us to use, paddle boat and a row boat. We used all of them. "We had a wonderful stay at Gracie’s House. It was very comfortable and clean. Very spacious and cozy. The beds were very nice and we slept very well. Probably the only complaint was the lack of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Other than that, it was great! The keurig didn’t work but the other coffee pot did."

"I stayed with my wife and a group of friends for a race at Watkins Glen. This house worked out perfectly for the six of us with plenty of space for everyone and really nice common areas plus a nice backyard by a river with a grill. The house and property were beautiful and the area was gorgeous, very close to Watkins Glen State Park and a short drive to town with great stores and restaurants. I’d love to come back and stay longer!"

"Tucked away on the other side of a bridge, the house was a perfect home base to explore Corning, Watkins Glen, and Ithaca. Clean, quiet, and spacious. The turn-off from Rt 414 to the private access road can be hard to spot at night, but the hosts sent detailed instructions."
