The bedrooms were very comfortable, the beds were great, and there was more than enough room to have some privacy. "Property is on basement level. You could hear upstairs tenant but a text to property owner helped. Parking was hit and miss but pass was provided for parking lot across busy street. Location was excellent, within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Estes Park"

The kitchen had everything I needed, the bathroom is impressively sized, and parking was extremely convenient. The bedroom is impressively large for this age of house, and the queen bed is a memory foam mattress while the twin is an innerspring.
