"It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites. The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen. Will definitely come again."

"We had an amazing stay in the Rosie Pod with jacuzzi which is situated in a lovely quite part of Southwell The Pod was lovely and clean and everything was provided Lindsay the host was very helpful and really looked after us. Highly recommended - please stay "

"A beautiful bungalow in the quiet village of Walesby. Lovely clean and tidy, well presented place was just what we wanted during our stay in this lovely village. Communication with the landlord was excellent with all our questions answered promptly. There was even a special surprise waiting for us upon our arrival. "We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city."

"We have just returned from a lovely weekend at Hillcrest cottage. It is exactly as shown in the listing. We loved the hot tub and sitting around the fire outside on the terrace watching the stars! Although it seems quite isolated it is less than half an hour’s stroll from Dunston and a few minutes further to Metheringham. The cottage and the views were stunning and we would highly recommend!"

"perfect location for getting into town very spacious house clean and light and beds very comfy if your following sat nav to arrive head for victoria street and find the car park on the right hand side half way up to access the house as no access by car otherwise - or ask the host for clear instructions which we failed to dothe microwave didn’t work and we found one of the sofa to have a broken leg but alerted the host to let them know and they said would get someone to check this out for...
