Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have rented homes for the entire Summer the past 5 years and enjoyed this home, its location especially the close proximity to the bike trail. RP & the owner were great in addressing a bedding issue. The twin beds, comforters and pillows could use some updating along with providing a propane grill. Would rent this home again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was well located to beaches, town, and bike trails. The home needs a broom and dustpan! We also saw carpenter ants in the kitchen during our stay. Some confusion experienced with return of keys with Ocean View Realty, but issue was addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was as described. The location near the bike path and the modern deck make up for the dated interior. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating and the house was clean.I did not appreciate driving to Orleans to pick up "the keys" only to find out that I just needed a lock box code, but that has more to do with Oceanview than the rental house.

Located in a quiet street, yet very close to all places we were visiting (bike trails, lakes, restaurants). The bedroom on the first floor can get hot as there is no A/C unit in it. The closest one is in the adjacent leaving room but it is not powerful enough to cover the entire first floor. Bedrooms on the second floor both have A/C units. We found the house very clean and the kitchen had pretty much all you need for cooking, my only recommendation would be to bring a cutting board as the one that is there is rather small. Overall I would highly recommend this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a problem with the keys working properly at first but was resolved quickly. Enjoyed the Harding Beach and walked along the Lighthouse Beach and Ridgevale Beach at night after our delicious ice creams. Also enjoyed the walk along the bike trail. The cottage was in a great peaceful location and close to everything including the very nice Christmas Joy Gift Shop

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was located in a lovely quiet street, close to the old colony rail trail (must ride on road with light traffic for short distance), biking distance to beach and ponds, and convenient to grocery store. The house was roomy, very clean, not cluttered; the kitchen had everything we needed (just pack an extra chopping board). We ate out on the deck a lot and made good use of the charcoal grill. We appreciated being able to open the garage to wheel our bikes in overnight. Washer/dryer set up in basement was great (clean, dry). For those needing to work, the WiFi was strong throughout the house; we did have some short breaks in service (not specific to property).Check in/out with the Realty went smoothly-- but in general, we felt that all communications were cursory and aimed at us following rules vs service-oriented. We were not given any information specific to the property or town (e.g. beach pass system or rules). While I understand the reasoning, the current check out time of 9 am is tough and took away from an otherwise relaxed stay.

Beautiful stay

Very well taken care of property. We had absolutely everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable rooms and AC units in the bedrooms. Very nice deck and outdoor shower made the stay even more enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood, on a cul de sack. Cape Cod Rail Trail is less than a mile away
