This is a beautiful oceanfront property in Chatham. The rooms are immaculate. We went on a great 20 mile bike ride from here!

The most gorgeous view of the ocean...steps away from the deck. It feels like you are on a cruise with the waves visible from the beautiful king size bed.

The property is extremely neat and clean. Our room was comfortable and bright and cheery, with a real "cape cod" feel to it. The bed was super comfortable as well, would definitely recommend it.

We live in Florida but wanted to get away from the spring breakers and enjoy my husband’s 50th birthday. We love the cold weather and when I saw pictures of the hotel on Expedia I fell in love with it’s beauty and when we arrived the hotel was perfect, our room overlooked the ocean and because it was off season it was nice and quiet and located in a charming town. I would recommend it to everyone.

Awesome location overlooking a beautiful beach! Staff were incredibly friendly and most importantly, they went above and beyond for a special accommodation. Very clean and well maintained. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Fall at the beach
Great location, sweet property. They have their own beach. Only downside , if you love coffee in the morning- it’s a bit of a drive. They only offer Keurig.

My visit
Very happy w hotel…view of ocean fabulous. Everything perfectly maintained. Would definitely return. Bathroom size was barely adequate..understandable as this is an old building. Bed was sooo high! (I’m only 5’ tall!)

This is an A+ hotel with one significant flaw. The bathrooms are extremly small-6'x5' at best with NO counter space! Otherwise, this is an A+ hotel in everyway: location, staff, spotless housekeeping, condition of the property all exceptional! But the bathrooms, for us is a huge deal breaker!

The grounds of Chatham Tides are absolutely beautiful. The bathrooms are extremely outdated and leave some room for improvement. Bathrooms in the oceanfront efficiencies are very very tight quarters and are not friendly for tall broad people and would not be good for families with small children.

We would definitely stay there again. No complaints. Whatever cleaning solution they use was over whelming (bleach?) We had to open the windows.

This property was perfect for a quiet & relaxing get-away. The beach was RIGHT there and mornings on our deck with its expansive view were phenomenal. The location was very convenient for daily site-seeing we wanted to do. We even added on an extra night while we were there. My husband forgot his binoculars at home and the office had a pair which they loaned him for four days! Very nice and accomodating staff.

I paid over $500 per night to have an ocean front unit. My view was primarily of the parking lot with the water beyond that. The carpets were very stained and the noise from the unit above was quite annoying. There seemed to be no sound proofing between floors.

After a long day driving/site seeing from Gloucester it was a pleasant surprise pulling in, checking in, unloading into our room. We made reservations months ago from Oregon, I was in charge of this stay in cape cod area and my wife and our best friends were so tickled with the accommodations. Thumbs up. Spotless, charming, coffee on the beach the morning. Just lovely.

Beautiful View & Property
Beautiful property and location. Very comfortable large king bed & quality linens. Room was on the smallish size and the kitchenette features are very outdated. Woke up early one morning for an all day excursion and the milk for our cereal was frozen. There’s only a 2 burner stove top & no microwave. The private deck & ocean view were lovely. Would’ve liked a little more privacy when on the deck with neighbors right next to us on theirs. The bathroom only has room for 1 person at a time was super small & the shower was literally barely big enough to turn around in and not a fan of the rain shower head because it’s impossible not to get your hair wet because you can’t get away from the water. My husband is 6’2” so the shower head was right on top of his head. Both the room and bath were very clean and the cleaning staff was awesome! Our room would be fine for a quick weekend get away but we were on a 2 week trip and had a significant amount of luggage so it was a little tight for us.

The property is right on the water. It has a nice Sandy beach. Comfortable bed and efficiency had most things you would need for a few days stay. Lot of good restaurants in the area. Enjoyed our stay.

It was a well maintained property but very expensive for what you get. Really no amenities. Over $600 a night for a simple room to look at a parking lot is not what I expected. The pictures online made it look like you had a clear view to the water. There was no table and chairs in the room like the pictures had you believe as well. Which would’ve been nice for our rainy weekend in there. the reservation was for two people, but they gave us a room with an extra bed which looks like it was for kids. Someone from upstairs tried to get in our room twice which was a little weird. Just didn’t meet our expectations as frequent travelers.
