We really enjoyed this nice quiet place to rest. Great location to do things in Springfield. The bed was comfy which is always our number one goal. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cute house
Loved this little house. So quaint, clean and well appointed. Only stayed overnight but would be great for a longer stay. Good location to Clifton mills.

Perfect couples getaway
This home was perfect for two! Cute town with a great pizza place and coffee shop to hang out. We came in to see the Clifton Mill Christmas Lights and it was conveniently located. Would definitely come back!

Get away weekend

Sister Getaway
Two sisters just wanting to spend a little time together. Cute, clean,great smelling house and so inviting to stay in was waiting for us. We had a welcoming note and just felt like we belonged at the house when got there. Well stocked house, better than any that I have ever been in. I highly recommend visiting this town and this cute house.

We really like this little gem when visit our daughter in Central Ohio. Just the right size for the two of us. It's always very clean and offers everything we need for our stay. It is also nicely decorated.

Perfect little cottage
Rachel's place was perfect for our stay for a horse show at the Champions Center. The place was immaculate! Bed was comfortable nad the furnishings homey. All the amenties you could want for cooking. We felt safe in the quaint little town of South Charleston and we were only 15 min drive to the fairgrounds.

A relaxing getaway
My hubs and I stayed for a few nights for our anniversary. This house is located in a quaint town (with some great chinese takeout if you're wondering). They are close enough to a bigger city if you want more restaurant options etc. House was clean and charming. We enjoyed ourselves! Little extras in the kitchen like snacks and coffee supplies, little extras in the bathroom, throw blankets and local menus are all things that make this place a winner! Thank you!!

This place is perfect for our visits to Central Ohio to visit our daughter and family. Very nicely furnished and decorated for tbe comfort of anyone staying there. I will definitely keep this place on the top of our list.

All the Comforts of Home
There was everything we needed and then some. It was clean, quiet, and cozy. We chose this location to avoid the congestion in Yellow Springs during the street fair. We drove to Xenia and biked the trail (7 miles) up to Yellow Springs to enjoy the festivities.

Outstanding!!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Every aspect of the home is thought out carefully. It’s beautifully decorated, smells great and is incredibly clean. The shower is amazing!! The bed was warm and cozy, furniture and carpet looked new and the kitchen is adorable. The sink in the kitchen is worth mentioning, it’s so pretty! There was a small basket of snacks and a nice welcome note with a packet of information on the area. The location is great too. We loved it here and would stay again for sure! Love it! The owner definitely knows what she’s doing.

Prefect little house off of the OTET
Extremely clean, cute, comfortable, and well supplied with anything one might need. We were cycling the OTET from Cincinnati to Cleveland and this was a great overnight stop literally right near the trail. Food choices in town were somewhat limited, but we managed a walk to the Asian restaurant. It was hot food on a cold night and that is what we needed.

Cozy get away
My wife and I came down to the area to do some antiquing. We needed a good place to use as a home base. This property was perfect. It was centrally located to all our activities. It was a very comfortable place to say with all the conveniences of home. Also very clean. Would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Worked Great
We were cycling on the OTE Trail and it is right behind the house. Was very convenient. It was my brother and I so he slept on one of their air mattresses on the floor. It would be great for a couple or small family. It is re-done so very clean. they had a washer and dryer which we used. They responded very quickly and it was easy to get in. There is an IGA and pizza place within walking distance. I am hoping to come back on a ride with my wife.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay! The place was cute and very clean. There were thoughtful touches like pop tarts and popsicles our 10 year old was with us. It was a lovely little town with some really great old houses to look at. We will definitely be back.

Perfect and Cozy
My husband and I stayed here for two days and three nights and it was absolutely delightful! It was the perfect place to hang out while we had some down time. The town/neighborhood was nice and quiet with a wonderful breakfast spot in town. The only downfall we could find was the mattress; it wasn't the most comfortable but we were still able to sleep well. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it! Comfy, cozy, and perfect!

Very cute little cozy house! Very welcoming!
We traveled to celebrate 4th of July weekend with family. Just really needed a place a sleep ended up with much more! This cute cozy little house was perfect for us and our 4 kiddos to hang out! I left after work Friday got here late Friday night we ate dinner on the way but I left our snack/ breakfast bag at home and anyone with kids knows that’s a big no no specially cause this house is kinda outside of town. The house had a little welcome note and THANK GOD a basket of snacks and pop tarts that could last us till we got to grandmas house in the morning!!!! THANK YOU! We came home the first night had s’mores which they had us a starter fire built already with firewood under the porch!!!! They owners really have thought of everything! The house has everything you need to stay comfortable! Cozy bed’s quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed ourselves will definitely stay here again!!!

Above and beyond!
We needed a place to stay for a weekend getaway and this was the perfect place for us! The house was squeaky clean, and had all the amenities of home waiting for us! The owner really thought of everything. I especially loved the cute little back deck overlooking the backyard; it was a great spot for some evening bird and wildlife watching. While the weather prevented us from taking advantage of the fire pit, that was a thoughtful touch. The house is also very close to a small-town IGA which made it very easy to pick up a few snacks and other necessities. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Mini honeymoon
Rachel went above and beyond for us. She got flowers, champagne, rose petals- the works! and it totally surprised my wife. We truly appreciated it, and the house is very homie and well kept. Highly recommend staying here.

The Greatest Rental Ever
This place was absolutely perfect for two people, from top to bottom - the pictures really can't do it justice. There were Christmas lights on when we entered; everything was clean and tidy; the bed was extremely comfortable; there were complimentary snacks and waters in the fridge; the lighting in the kitchen in the morning was dreamy and the view from the back porch was very calming; I could go on and on. It was evident that Rachel had recently renovated the house - everything was very new and functional. I wish it were possible to give this place a significantly higher number of stars. My wife and I would literally move in here permanently if it were possible.

Sweet Little Getaway Spot
This is a cute little spot for getting away for a few days or for a "home base" while visiting friends in the area. There were many "attention to detail" items here that you do not often find at VRBO properties. The property is really well put together and perfect for a little time away!

Perfect Main Street USA Getaway

Perfect little getaway!
My wife and I stayed here at the end of June for 3 nights and the place was honestly so perfect my wife and I regretted that we had such a full schedule because we would have loved to spend more time there. Everything was beautifully decorated. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. There was even a nice fire pit out back and stuff to make s'mores which I thought was a nice touch, but unfortunately we were too busy to use it. They even provided a couple of bikes to use on the bike path that is just behind the house. The bed was very comfortable and the house even had central air and a fan if needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. Could barely hear anything. Again it was a perfect choice and we thank Rachel so much for an amazing experience! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great Little Place!!!!

Everything was so clean and updated. It was great have a fire out side one evening.
Wood was provided and lawn chairs to o sit around the fire. Rachel was very prompt in return text. She also had special touches around hybrid house to make you feel at home. Bottle water in fridge with ice in freezer. The community was very quiet and friendly. Restaurants in the community were delicious and prices very reasonable. Will be staying here again.

Small Treasure
Our experience staying at this location was a 5/5! The hosts have been super creative with the renovation of this property. The small home, located on a quiet residential street, has an HGTV, "Home Town" feel. As soon as we walked in, it was obvious that the space had been well thought out to maximize its use and given a lot of useful, comfortable, classy and personal touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and the opportunity to grill and use the outside space was perfect for us, too. We will definitely try to reserve this home again when traveling to the area. I do believe this property will continue to grow in popularity as more people have the opportunity to stay here; especially with such responsive hosts who have done a fabulous job with giving great attention to hosting details! Thank you for creating such a warm and welcoming space for us to be able to share with our family while being away from our own home over Easter! P.S. We loved the personal note, fresh flowers, coffee choices and the Easter Basket of S'more materials!

Great getaway
I needed to get away for a solo overnight prayer retreat. The house was a perfect distance from Cincinnati and provided a restful getaway. The owners were communicative without being intrusive. Decor was pleasant and layout was great. The only downside was the heat in the bedroom. Even setting the thermostat at 66, it heated up the bedroom beyond my comfort with the door closed. Opening the door solved the issue. Well stocked and very clean. I hope to be back.

Cozy, convenient, and charming!
Rachel thought of EVERYTHING a guest would need for this home! The living room area is well decorated with plenty of seating. I loved the new leather chairs and couch! There is high speed internet for streaming movies, Netflix, and even a gaming console. The kitchen has all the items you need for an overnight stay, or for an extended stay. Plenty of pots, pans, and utensils are readily available for preparing meals. The bathroom is completely renovated with fixtures I would only expect to see in a high-end hotel. Beautiful mosaic backsplash and modern lighting fixtures are absolutely stunning! The walk in shower with rain shower style head was nothing shy of luxurious! The bedroom was cozy and calming. Once again, I found touches that I would only expect in a high end hotel. Well decorated, soft sheets, extra blankets, and one of the most comfortable beds I'd ever slept in. I woke up the next day well rested. The backyard is HUGE and backs right up to a bike path. A high end grill, covered back porch, and even a fire pit are available. I sipped my morning coffee while watching the sun rise in the rocking chairs on the back porch. I appreciate all of the work and detail that Rachel has put into this home in order to make it a comfortable and private place to stay. It made me feel 'at home' while I was traveling on the road. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

Really cute house in small town
We really were happy with this property. Everything was completely renovated and the rainfall shower was a nice added bonus. The owner was super communicative. Our only issue was the bed was really hard and not comfortable at all. Other than that, I would recommend this place to others!
