"Mike was utterly and perfectly accommodating--price was uppity for a tent but Mike made it all worth it--it was the ideal spot for close access to McCarthy and a close-up view of Mt. Blackburn and surrounding mountains--gorgeous--on the river--surround-sound included!"

"You really have to try this place. It's pretty far down the road; just keep going and you'll get there. The tents are very sturdy, thick canvas over a wooden frame; the beds are pretty comfortable and the stove inside the tent keeps you nice and cozy. There are two very friendly bear dogs on the premises to keep you safe from wildlife.
AND saving the best for last, they advertise "Denali views" and they ain't lyin'. The day before, I took a flight to see Denali but like many others was...
