"Room was clean. Bed was exceptionally firm. King size. We had no bath towels whuch was orovably an oversight. Staff was friendly."

"The room was nice and clean. The strange thing was there was no staff to meet us when we arrived. Instead, there was a sign to call a phone number and the owners in the next house came over to show us to our rooms then left us. We were the only people in the building until we called again for breakfast the next morning when he came over again to make it. There is no pub as the pictures would suggest. This is a 6 room b&b with owners next door situation not a hotel/motel."

"Everything was excellent - great room, comfortable bed etc shower amenities need a bit more attention There was no shower gel and 2 shampoos and the conditioner bottle was empty....was unable to ask for more as I realized once I was in the shower! Quite frustrating tbh Otherwise it was a great place to stay"

"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!"

"Room was clean, that's about it. No Kleenex in the dispensers. NO CHAIR in the room, had to watch TV from the bed. ONE blanket on the bed, that looked like a moving van quilted cover. Couldn't park in front of the room, had to haul everything into the room. Toilet was loose and moved when you sat down. Cheap price, but NOT IMPRESSED."

"This is the only hotel nearby, so there aren’t really many options to begin with. That being said, my overall experience was good (except for some noisy people in the room upstairs, which I reported to reception, but it wasn’t really addressed); it’s close to the town and in a quiet area, and unless you have noisy neighbors, you should have a pretty decent night’s sleep. The room is not too big, but there’s still a pretty decent amount of space for you to move around. The place looks kind of...
