  • This Cabin sits on a beautiful wooded and quiet property that borders Hocking State Forest property with waterfalls just a short walking distance off the back deck. The cabin has a large covered back deck with a large Hot Tub. Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, and Conkles Hollow are all aabout a convenient 10 minute drive from the cabin. The back yard has a beautiful Fire Pit with 6 Adirondack chairs and a large swinging cooking grate for outdoor bonfire cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you may need for both indoor cooking and Outdoor BBQ's. If a peaceful getaway location to enjoy with family and friends is what your looking for this cabin will not disappoint you.

This is our second visit to Mile High Cabin. It’s a great place for our “city” dogs to run!! It has a wonderful outdoor area with a hot tub, comfy beds and great communication from the host. We will definitely be back for another visit.

We had such a lovely stay! I can’t recommend this cabin enough and the owner was such a pleasure to work with. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Our stay was wonderful, the cabin was well equipped and welcoming as described. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated with every type of kitchen accessory you could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and enjoying the tranquil scenery. After a day of hiking, the hot tub felt amazing. We especially loved that we could bring our dogs with us for a weekend getaway. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect, cozy cabin with beautiful scenery and a great location. The host was easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The covered patio and hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing, very peaceful, quiet, very clean, had everything that we needed for a very relaxing weekend. It was also very helpful that we were able to bring our dog with us as she is apart of our family. We will definitely be be back again. The owner of the cabin is a very nice and wonderful person. He made sure that we had everything that we needed. Like I said we will definitely be back again for another relaxing peaceful weekend getaway!!!

We had a fantastic stay this weekend at Mile High Cabin. Very clean and tidy, quite comfortable. Had everything you could need and then some. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The only thing we left to do over the weekend was check out Le Petit Chevalier Winery for a couple of hours. Perfect view from the back deck to watch a fire and listen to nature and enjoy the quiet. Very much enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. Couldn't have had a better 40th birthday!

House was just perfect inside and out!! Was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved sitting in the hot tub after hiking and drinking a beverage in the icy mugs found in the freezer. Brought our dog along and she loved the beautiful yard to run around and play. The fire pit was fantastic. We would deffinately recommend this house to all. Great proximity to all the hocking hills attractions

Easy to find, plenty of amenities, very clean, love the back porch with jacuzzi, beds very comfortable. We had a fantastic time, looking to book again.

Perfect location, close to trails and an awesome backyard with covered seating, hot tub, fire pit, grill. Kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you could ever need! Loved that we were able to have our dog there with us. Its worth mentioning that the outdoor bar area shown in the listing is no longer there: looks like it was taken down recently

Our family very much enjoyed this property due to the serene location, the amenities and the close proximity to the Hocking Hills caves. We liked the balance of hiking adventures as well as downtime in the hot tub, cooking and eating on the deck and family games.

The location of the cabin was perfect. The cabin itself was the best cozy spot for a weekend get away. We were very impressed with everything it had to offer. Cabin owner was easy to get in touch with and very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Hocking Hills! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—tucked away in a peaceful setting but still close to the trails and main attractions. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck after a day of hiking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the area!
