The cabin was spectacular. Clean and well stocked with anything you could need - even an array of chargers AND a dutch oven perfect for making bread (which we did). The location is wonderful. The property grounds are just as described and even has fun trails through the woods. The fire pit was perfect for s’mores and the back deck was the most popular spot in the cabin. We brought our dogs and they had the best time. Even had a deer visit us. 10/10 recommend.

Stay was good love all the things that make it feel like home however the sewer gas smells were awful and are the primary reason why we wouldn’t come back… they choked us out. We ran water in all drains and just couldn’t get it out

Clean, comfy, relaxing and a great location to Hocking Hills hikes. Host was very accommodating and attentive to requests. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the cabin was perfect. The cabin itself was the best cozy spot for a weekend get away. We were very impressed with everything it had to offer. Cabin owner was easy to get in touch with and very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family very much enjoyed this property due to the serene location, the amenities and the close proximity to the Hocking Hills caves. We liked the balance of hiking adventures as well as downtime in the hot tub, cooking and eating on the deck and family games.

Great experience! Great property!

Owner went out of his way to return some belongings we accidentally left behind. Perfect location to base out of for seeing the local hocking hills sites. Minutes from everything. Property was clean. Pest and insect free! Very accommodating for our family of 6. Back porch is great as it rained nearly the entire time. But we still were able to grill, sit on the deck and enjoy the hot tub. Thanks again!

Great stay!

Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was not warm when we got there but only took a couple hours to warm up. Would definitely stay again!

Weekend Anniversary trip

We had a great time at this cabin for our Anniversary. The owner was very responsive, and the cabin was great. The hiking right behind the cabin was an extra bonus!

Relaxing Trip

We enjoyed this cabin very much. It is private and had anything you could think of to cook. The cabin was clean and close to all the local hiking trails. The hot tub was just what we needed after long days of hiking. Steve even called to make sure we received the check in instructions, which is a personal detail we appreciated. Highly recommend and we will stay here again in the future

It was perfect, had a lovely stay, it was nice the owner got a hold of you to make sure everything is good and you’d get there good. I never had any other cabin owner do that. I definitely would go back

Mile High @ Hocking Hills

My wife and I stayed 2 days with our dogs. Great property if you’re bringing pets, as it’s very secluded. Fantastic view. We took a short walk around the property with our critters, which was awesome, being close to the cabin. Great deck with hot tub, and a fire pit with lots of seating just a few steps away. If you like to cook, this is the place! Every appliance/utensil you could imagine! Very close to a lot of the trails as well. Owner contacted us upon arrival to make sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend !
