"This property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive to UNH and 5 minute walk to downtown Dover, though I wouldn't want to undertake its steep street on a snowy day. Travis is a great host who pays attention to the little things like providing a well-stocked coffee bar, an assortment of soaps, chilled wine glasses and frosted beer mugs. "Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer "

"You can’t beat the location! This unit is centrally located and close to everything, whether it be Portland or the beaches. The indoor pool and clubhouse were super fun for my kids. The unit itself needed some updates. The main bed was reasonably comfortable but the pullout futon was very uncomfortable. We appreciated that there were lots of extra beach towels for the pool.
